We have been speaking with Brian since November who assured us we would be taken care of. My husband had given him the quotes we had from a previous tree incident that occurred in 2020 with a different company. We agreed to the amount from those estimates to be used to expedite the process in getting reimbursed in order to repair the damage made. After 6 weeks of hearing it is being processed we are now being told he is not authorized to make that decision and we are back to square one with the settlement. At todays prices the cost has gone up substantially so we were being kind in going with the old prices. The company is self insured so we are hoping that the owner of this company, Jack Brouwer who apparently is the person to make the final decision (not Brian as we were told) does the right thing for us in settling this matter quickly as we have already waited 6 weeks. I will update this review as settlement is reached.

After the dirt was removed, Alex ran water down the drain to show us that the pipe was undamaged. He listened to my husband and made sure to pour the cement a couple inches from the drain pipe, so there was no chance of any damage. Alex was also very flexible with scheduling. He was able to reschedule the cement pour day on short notice, so that my husband would be home on that day. Alex and his crew arrived on time, which I appreciate. I've had a lot of work done in the past, and it always upsets me when contractors are late.
