A large project with big ornamental plants naturally brings some challenges, but all issues were addressed and made right in the end. Irrigation was installed to the plants and spacing was done well for a symmetrical, automated setup. The largest tree, a Mediterranean fan palm in a 30" box, was installed expertly - showing they can handle heavy, mature trees as well. I found this out the hard way. Unfortunately the turf guy I hired simply turned around and hired his own third party contractors to do the work. Well that work was terrible, so I turned to Sensational Greens to fix what had been done. Noe and his team came in and re-did everything the way it should have been done the first time. They take pride in their work and that showed. They also gave me a 3 year warranty which I've not needed to use because their work had held up for years. It's my fault for not writing a review sooner, but now after years of the results I can say that the work has held up marvelously. Using a company who IS doing the work vs a company that turns around and farms out the work to some third party contractors makes a BIG difference. After reading their excellent Yelp reviews, I contacted them to get an estimate for upgrading my pool deck. Jay came out, thoroughly inspected my existing concrete, and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option, he told me my concrete was in great condition. He recommended an epoxy pebble overlay that would give me the look I wanted for about half the cost of replacing everything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare. He could have easily recommended a much more expensive project, but instead he put my best interests first. Whether or not I ended up using their services, I wanted to recognize a company that values honesty over making a bigger sale. That kind of professionalism says a lot about their character, and I truly appreciate it.
