Dezzy Maids showed up ahead of time, I had to apologize for the tumultuous task at hand. Dezzy Maids were polite and assured me they would have my home back in shape in no time. I went and laid down for one hour 1/2, and when I awoke and went downstairs, I literally could not believe my eyes. Dezzy Maids had cleaned the inside of my home all the trash and spilled drinks everywhere and dropped food gone. The outside pool area is completely clean! My home looked like a model home that you show to clients. I was floored and overwhelmed at the amazing job that they did. I wanted to give each worker 20 bucks, but they left while I was asleep. They placed all the garbage outside and separated the recycling stuff in the proper receptacles. Can you believe it. I thought they would still be working, but they were gone, leaving behind a business card and sweet smelling little rose candle. They did not have to stay because everything was already paid for having booked online and picking the things I needed to be down in advance. Their prices were fair, their work and professionalism were unrivaled by all the companies I researched as I looked for a while for a good cleaning company, and the time spent was worth every penny. After having a bad experience last year with a cleaning company, I won't say their name, I thought I would give a new company a shot. I like rooting for the underdog. But with great service like Dezzy Maids provide they won't be the underdogs for long. Thank you, Maria, Jose, Nereida, and Marry. I can't thank you enough for the restoration of my home. Without her there, our service steadily declined to the point that we terminated the relationship. After complaining about poor service a couple of months ago, the times provided by her team and days we were supposed to have scheduled cleaning began to change. Further, the service got worse each subsequent visit. It wasn't "all the way bad" but little things were being ignored. Further, she began to send messages that her team would be later and later each visit and then they would rush to be done to get out of the home before it got too late in the evening. Finally, we were bumped from our regular day and were asked if the team could switch from Wed days to a Friday night at the end of a day. Of course we said "no" and the final visit was back to Wed. The final visit was a catastrophe. The "girls" Came in at 3:05 and left at 4:30pm. The pictures of this rushed service are those that are attached. This came from one visit - the very last one. It was like an Easter Egg Hunt but instead of looking for eggs, we began looking for areas that weren't cleaned and/or dusted. We discovered numerous incidents where her team didn't bother to move anything - There are many more pictures we didn't submit. Of course, Gaby will respond to this review that she offered to come back and fix what her team didn't do but we had by then told her we simply wanted a refund and didn't want anyone from her "team" to come back into our house as we literally felt violated and "stolen from". (We had already "Venmo'd" payment on our way home (before seeing the job) and the job was beyond horrible). It was so bad we just couldn't stomach allowing her in our home again. The oddest thing happened during our text exchange (see attached photo) where Gaby stated that the abysmal service "wasn't her fault". That also incensed us - whose fault is it? We asked for a refund because she did not provide the service we paid her for. To date, she has yet to provide the same so we are forced to write this poor review. Recommendations: 1. Don't pay her with Venmo as you cannot dispute the charges once paid even if the service is poor. (This is important because she will text you to say "girls are done" and expect payment immediately and likely before you ever see her work. 2. Insist on Gaby checking her team's work before you pay. Or insist she performs the work. 3. Insist on getting your service performed early in the day - the team was horrible at the end of the day. 4. Don't sign up for weekly or bi-weekly service. It seems to me she makes more money off the initial cleaning jobs and does much better to get your business than to keep it.

I'd given up and hadn't had a professional housecleaning in many years when I realized an injury had left me unable to keep up with the needs of my 3,400 SF home, and I began searching for a regular house cleaning service. This is what I experienced when I tried different companies that were not Maid Spotless: One place never showed up on the day promised (Paradise Cleaning), instead texting me at the end of the day she was supposed to clean with a terse "I had an emergency," not even an apology, only after we had made countless attempts to reach her. She left me to scramble for anyone I could find on short notice, which ended up being two young women who spent 6 hours, charged double the quoted amount and did a terrible job (didn't even complete the house). A deep cleaning crew I hired after a substantial remodel charged me $350 for a "deep clean" and left spider webs in the corners, didn't dust in obvious places, left streaks on 2 of my 3 showers, missed food spots on my cabinetry, didn't clean the microwave or oven, missed the laundry room altogether, etc. My house is, compared to others I've seen, always fairly clean. Betty's crew described it as a "show home," I wipe down my marble shower every day, and I sweep or vacuum almost every day. So it's usually floors, toilets, dusting the wood blinds, and kitchen crumbs, etc. that need to be done. Maid Spotless, from day one, did it right. As picky as I am, they didn't miss a thing. I've never had that before with a cleaning crew. They use good, clean microfiber cloths, nice-smelling, gentle but effective products, and if something needs special attention, they address it without you having to point it out. Nobody's perfect all the time, but Maid Spotless comes very close. Another thing I appreciate is Betty herself, who works with you on scheduling and seems to really value my business, unlike other companies I tried.
