But a threat warrants zero stars.*** 10/11/2026 First, I want to mention that the owner provided exceptional customer service and quick responses. If the actual cleaning was done with the same attention she put into communication with me - it would have been amazing. I found this company through Yelp, which I believe had a quality guarantee. I'll have to look into that more, but I did use the service through the app to get a quote. However, I think most people reading reviews are looking for the quality of the actual cleaning service and that was not up to par. I purchased a Move-In service for a newly purchased home. My home is older and certain surfaces have limitations, but the overall quality of the cleaning aside from those factors was below normal expectations. Although I checked what I could during the initial 24-hour period they allow for touch ups - I couldn't possibly have caught everything. I noticed numerous missed areas over the following week. If you use this service, make sure to check evvvvvvverything, every single thing. I arrived at the tail end of when the cleaners were here so I was able to point out several areas and they did rectify them on the spot, like base boards not wiped, doors and handles not wiped, flat services in the closets not wiped. When I was showing an area, one woman tried to justify by just wiping with a dry rag and nothing moving, and I had to wet my own T-shirt and rub the area to show her that the area could be cleaned. After they had left, I started discovering more and more areas that were not cleaned adequately and I did send several pictures to the owner. She was very caring, very sincere and did send me a $50 refund, which I did appreciate. Considering the number of items that were not cleaned, $50 was a kind gesture but was not sufficient enough for me to give them another chance. For example, the pull out drawer under the oven had food crumbs in it. There were cobwebs along the base boards in the kitchen. I put my towel over the shower to dry and it had not been wiped at all and made the towel dirty. They were supposed to clean the garage doors for an extra $75 and only hosed them with MY hose, which I could have easily done. The actual webs, debris and drippy something marked were still there. My sister and I enter up cleaning those together with a sponge. I was told that the light switches were sanitized but couldn't be cleaned. My sister and I were able to clean them. If all you're using as a dry rag, which it appeared to be what they were doing then yes the light switches would not just wipe clean, but with the rough side of a sponge, they were cleaned quite easily. A couple blinds were broken and the lint catcher had a small tear in it. It's a little bit difficult to push in. You have to do it very carefully so I know they didn't do it on purpose. I used a move out service in San Diego and was blown away with the attention to detail and cleaning that was done in my old place. After catching all the areas that were missed in my home I really really scrutinized my old apartment's cleaning, but it was magical! I just hope I can find something like that out here in Menifee.

They did a solid job on the floors and bathrooms, which were noticeably clean, so I know the capability is there. That said, for a $600 "deep clean", I expected a similar result for all areas cleaned. Additionally, their staff arrived 2 hours late with less staff than promised, and their crew visibly looked and performed exhausted (likely from working a full 8 hour shift before arriving). Several areas were clearly missed (basic surface dusting, blind stains I paid extra for, basic wall/door spot cleaning I paid extra for) and I ended up having to clean behind them, which is pretty frustrating when you're paying a premium price. I'd encourage the team to be more thorough on future visits and do a final walkthrough before wrapping up. Right now, the price doesn't match the result.

The people who had cleaned our house previously took longer to get the same results which made us feel like "When are we getting our house back?"
