I didn't receive anything comparable to what I was promised by the owner, Juan, or what was described in the reviews. I was given a 1-1:30 PM arrival window. By 3 PM nobody had arrived, so I reached out to Juan who said the cleaners had run long at their first job and were on the way. I expressed concern because I had been quoted 4-7 hours for my move-out deep clean, and he assured me they could still complete it properly. Nobody showed up until 4:30 PM. To my surprise, the "cleaning crew" was a woman and her three teenage children, one of whom couldn't have been older than about 14. The woman, who said she was related to Juan, told me he had forgotten to tell her about the job. In less than an hour they had supposedly "cleaned" my upstairs, which included four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one shower wasn't even in use because it's being replaced). I expected baseboards and high dusting, which Juan had confirmed were included. Instead I found dirty blinds, untouched baseboards, no high dusting, toilet bases still dirty, and the one shower that needed cleaning was still dirty. I immediately brought these issues to Juan and the woman. While I reviewed the upstairs, they "cleaned" the downstairs in about an hour. So my 2,500 sq. ft. home that was supposed to take 4-7 hours was supposedly deep cleaned in under two hours. The downstairs was no better. Floors were still dirty, blinds untouched, the bathroom looked like only the mirrors had been wiped, multiple baseboards were missed, only the ceiling fan had been dusted, my range was still filthy, and none of the cabinets or drawers had been wiped inside or out. The list goes on. By 8:30 PM I had spent nearly two hours directing this woman and her child, only for tasks to be done halfway (shower basin but not walls or glass, toilet bowl but not the back of the toilet, closets never opened, cabinet bottoms wiped but not upper shelves, towel bars untouched, etc.). The upstairs bathroom blinds were "cleaned" by spraying them with the detachable shower head while still hanging, leaving dirty water dripping all over the drywall and window frame. At that point I said "good enough" because I had hired professionals and shouldn't have to teach people how to clean, only to identify reoccurring issues that they hadn't rectified from the prior list of incomplete cleaning. As the woman became increasingly frustrated while cleaning my downstairs blinds, I was also concerned something in my rental home would get damaged. Around 8 AM the next morning I contacted Juan. He agreed this should never have happened and promised to send someone back. By the end of the day he was ignoring my calls and texts. I only heard back after contacting him through Yelp and informing him I would pursue legal action and file a BBB complaint. He then claimed he couldn't get anyone back out and offered only a partial refund. Considering I didn't even receive what I would consider a basic maintenance clean, I requested a 50% refund. He refused and offered only $125. Since the business only accepts Zelle or cash, disputing the payment is extremely difficult, so I accepted it because something was better than nothing. I still had to take a day off work to clean the house myself before my move-out inspection. As an active duty military member, I fortunately didn't lose wages, but I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Despite the older positive reviews, they clearly do not have consistent, quality staff, and their payment methods leave customers with little recourse when the service is unacceptable.
