Ryan installed our racks about a year ago as we prepared for a baby. Initially we were going to install a single rack, but decided to go with the L shape to maximize our space. Ryan had the racks in his van to accommodate our last-minute decision while he was setting up the rack we wanted. Installation was quick and easy (I believe these racks took less than an hour). Ryan's racks are completely customizable and our rack is able to maximize space despite the beam you see against the back wall. Our racks currently hold holiday decorations and baby gadgets without any issues. The price of these racks were reasonable to other quotes we received. I recommend the hooks as they are a space saver in our garage for the bikes, the bike rack and our step stool. I'm very happy with our investment and will consider again once we need more space. Don't have to think about storage issues anymore. From the sounds of it, Craig is a great business owner and his website and videos do a great job of explaining what sets his product above the rest. But then you agree to Special Deal they're havin' b/c you just moved into new build. They schedule the first available. You wait. You do other new-house tasks. And their installer comes out, asks you "where do you want it", "how much space do you want", installs in 45 minutes, and then does pull-ups to show you how sturdy it is. Then you're left closing the garage even more blown away with the product itself when you and the wife are hanging from it yourself. No joke...my neighbor had the competition scheduled and they canceled and went with ToppRax when they saw Ryan swinging from rack to rack. I got some free bike/utility hangers as a "thank-you" that day. Of the 4 neighbors around me, 3 of them have Topprax installed. Nuff said. Oh yeah, my sister is getting a new place in the Bay Area.
