My experience with Cody's team was a disaster from start to finish: Late & Rushed: Arrived 90 minutes late with no warning, then rushed the job to get to their next appointment in Murrieta after admitting being down a vehicle. Terrible Cleaning: Left the sills and tracks filthy. When forced to return and fix it, they used a leaf blower inside my home, spraying dirt everywhere and leaving a massive mess. Property Damage: They broke a window pane during the service and didn't say a word about it before leaving nor did they mention it was broken before or during the cleaning. Was I not supposed to notice? Bribing for Reviews: After arranging for the initial return visit, Cody offered me a joke of a $10 discount on the several hundred dollar bill if I agreed to leave him a 5-star review. Let me start by saying that my windows are clean-ish. Besides the windows looking streaked, there were a few other things that I was unhappy about. It started with the worker being 2 1/2 hours late! I had some rearranging to do with my schedule because of it, which I told Cody on the phone when I scheduled for that particular time. Also, there were little messes everywhere that he went, for instance broken plant leaves on the ground, mud inside my house and dirt in my shower. Also, he sprayed off his dirty rags on my back patio which didn't really hurt anything but it was kind of rude. Then he didn't bother to roll up the hose in the front or back. Seems like a common courtesy. Most people that I hire to do work at my house clean up after themselves but this guy did not. Lastly he forgot to clean the track in my slider, which was the whole reason I was having him clean it on the inside. When I mentioned it he quickly cleaned it but honestly, it's still pretty dirty. Do not use this company to get your windows cleaned!!!! I have brand new windows and screens installed in my home but they had gotten dusty from our backyard renovation so hired CL to do an exterior cleaning. There were spots left on several windows which isn't a huge deal but he bent my screen when putting it back in an upstairs window. It would have been nice if he had informed me of this on the spot and was honest about it but instead he collected his FULL payment and left. I noticed later in the evening and called him to fix the screen. He responded that he doesn't know how to fix a screen but offered me free window cleaning in 6 months!! Cody Cleaned my windows 7/6/20. I would like to start by saying that he offers a $25 discount fora 5* review, and that is why you see so many of them. He told me that it would be him and another person cleaning my windows, but actually, after my next door neighbor asked him to clean hers too, Summer started on their home. Cody lied to my neighbor about the price I was paying, and tried to charge my neighbor $25 more even though her home is smaller and has fewer windows. For the job: the windows are "ok-ish." They are not sparkling clean, and when the afternoon sun hits them there are smudges everywhere. I asked hi to fix a couple things and he blamed the dirt on the power washing of the house that had been completed. Well, if they were clean, I wouldn't have called for cleaning. After he finished, and my next door neighbor returned home, she noticed, like me, that some windows were not clean. She called and asked him to come back. He refused and argued with her telling her that the windows were clean. I am very disappointed in the fact that he chose to not fix my dirty windows, not clean the windows on the garage door, and to argue with my neighbor, who he received revenue forms a result of being at my home, instead of just saying he'd swing by and fix the problem another day. My windows are clean enough, but not perfect. I was ok with that given that he is starting a small business, and I was willing to give him a chance. My service was discounted $25 for a 5 star review, and that, in and of itself is unethical. Research this business and make your own advises decision. When he was at my home, he set up another appointment. I have cancelled that appointment in November, I will not be having him back. read more

He and his co worker were relentless in the quality of work they gave and were not satisfied until everything looked perfect.i inspected the work after they were done working the entire day in the house and there wasn't one thing that wasn't perfect.
