Discount Screen Warehouse provides outstanding service! After I didn't receive call backs from a couple of screen service vendors in my area (I live in Torrance), I read the reviews on DSW, was impressed with the video presented by Scott, and decided to give them a try. Although it was a far drive, my experience was well worth it. I worked with Dani B. who provided exemplary customer service from start to finish. I opted to get all new frames and screens for 12 of my windows, and rescreen the sliding screen door; the jobs were finished on time as promised. It is so refreshing to see this level of professionalism and customer care. I highly recommend DSW to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Five stars all around! read more

I've used the other service (mobile screen service) and was really impressed by the service that I decided to also bring in my backyard screen door to get a screen replacement after it had a tear. Although I arrived a tad early from their normal business hours, Eddie was extremely welcoming and still helped me out without turning me away and was able to also have Oscar help me with a new screen selection and turnaround time. Oscar was also fantastic with the breakdown on pricing and suggestions depending on my needs (as I needed a screen that could withstand a couple small kids at home) and I ultimately went with the tuff screen material. Overall, the process was super easy, the associates are very friendly, and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my screen replacement needs (already had a couple window screens done here a few years ago). Also funny enough had a chance to take a picture with the owner since I had recognized him from responding to my other review for mobile screen repair! read more

We had Saul come out to give us a quote on screen replacement for a window and a sliding door. The pricing was very reasonable. Service was very fast. He came back next day with our new screens. They look amazing. Saul adjusted the slider wheels for us to make sure the screen door operates flawlessly. We highly recommend Discount Screen Warehouse. Saul was a pleasure to work with. He is professional, friendly and has a very cheerful demeanor. read more

Came in-person on Tuesday with a broken window screen. Oscar was really helpful. He said I had the option to refurbish the existing one or build a completely new one. Decided to refurbish to save some money. Wednesday I came back to pick up the screen, but when by the time I brought it to my window to install, one of the plastic corners broke, guessing due to the tension. Came back Thursday and Oscar was there, and when I showed him the situation, he took the screen and fixed it on the spot. And when I brought it home, I was able to install it. I'll come back here again if I need to and will recommend this place to others. read more

I researched a few places to get quotes on rescreening my screen door, but Discount Screen Warehouse was able do it at a lower price. They have a mobile repair service in which they can come to your house, which is easier especially if you don't have a large enough vehicle to transport a larger door or window screen, but it can be pricey. I stopped by over the weekend and it was busy on a Saturday. It took only a couple days to finish and pick up. They not only rescreened, but they also cleaned up the frame, and it looked much better and newer after they were done. They also provide multiple options for screens, higher end materials but also your basic screen, which comes out very reasonable compared to some. The drop off area is in the back of a warehouse, so it can be difficult to find, but if you want to save 20- 30% per screen, it's worth it if you're not too far away. Overall, quick turnaround, good service, and lower prices make it a good option for replacing or rescreening window and door screens. read more

The drop off compatriot of the their other mobile business but this is much cheaper as you take the service call out of the equation. Quick and polite. Tip: If you bring in your broken screen with 2 intact sides, they can make it whole again. read more

I called Discount Screen Warehouse inquiring about having them come to my home to replace a large screen. The person who answered the phone was not only polite but told me if I brought the screen to them I would save 20% and if I came in the morning it would be finished in 30:00 minutes. When I arrived in the morning Oscar greeted me and made my screen while I waited and he also helped me investigate getting an arched window screen made. A+ for service and the screen is perfect! read more

100% Legit!!! I just had 11 screens replaced by Discount Screen Warehouse. I've used their mobile service with great service in the past but opted for the drop off service to save some $$$. Drop off service was uneventful and a plus is that they take drop offs on Saturdays too. Picked up screens on the day promised and they were all perfectly sized. Get your screens redone while the weather is cool to prevent bugs and critters from getting in your home during the warmer months when you might open up your windows! I am really impressed with the service, quality, speed and reasonable prices of Discount Screen Warehouse. I got a complaint letter from my condo association stating that my ratty old screen needed to be replaced within 10 days. I called around to various window screen businesses and they were all booked for more than two weeks into the future. They would not be available to start work on my screen until after my date of compliance had passed. Discount Screen Warehouse was the only one that could help me. I called them early in the morning. They said I could bring in my old screen before 9am today and pick up the new one this afternoon, which I did. I was blown away by their courtesy and professionalism. They are very busy, but they were able to accommodate a special request. Thank you, Discount Screen Warehouse! I am grateful for your quick work. read more

Scott and his employees far exceeded my expectations. I recommend DSW highly. I won't get into the details but suffice it to say that the customer service is top notch and a quite refreshing change from the majority of business interactions I have. The attention to detail in their screens and screen repair is without comparison. I could tell by looking at their screen doors and pet doors that the product quality is far beyond Home Depot. Great quality provided with great customer service and at a great value. I wish I could find these same qualities in a steak house, car wash, or a local, state, or national level politician. read more

Discount Screen Warehouse - Refurbished screen windows!!! - Windows Installation Near Me - Santa Ana, California

I was skeptical that a place this cheap in pricing could help with restoring an old screen. I WAS WRONG! I took in a typical window screen to fix the top bar frame and also a re-mesh and when I got it back? It was almost like nothing happened. Thanks guys! Now my landlord can STFU about when I'm gonna get his screen repaired. Wasn't even big damage and yet it was killing him knowing it was slightly bent. If he doesn't like it at this point he can eat sh*t read more

Stopped by to have a few screens fitted for new screening. Scott helped and he was very helpful and showed me screen options. Went with the Super Invisible screen. I drove up from San Clemente and since I came before 12pm they do offer same day service for pick up that afternoon. I asked if I waited in the parking lot would they do it then so I wouldn't have to come back. They were so accommodating and did it while I waited. I would totally recommend. read more

Saul was awesome!!! He replaced our big living room screen and as well as a kitchen screen.
