Scheduling was easy, and the screen repair itself turned out great--no complaints there. The product is solid and works perfectly. Unfortunately, the customer experience didn't quite keep up. The original turnaround didn't fit my schedule, and I was completely fine waiting a few weeks. The technician, however, insisted on "squeezing me in" the very next day--presented very much as a favor. Once that was confirmed, he let me know there would be no arrival window, which I understood. I just asked for a quick heads-up before he arrived since I wouldn't be home (a sitter would be). Fast forward to delivery day: no heads-up, just a call expressing irritation that no one answered the door. That part felt... avoidable. The tone of the interaction came across as condescending, as if I had somehow inconvenienced him by accepting the favor I didn't ask for in the first place. To put it simply: great screen, great customer service with scheduling but questionable tech customer service. If the initial quote had come with that same attitude, I would have gone in a different direction. Quality work, but I'd think twice before signing up for the full experience again. 5 star for quality (from what I can tell so far), 2 for customer service. read more

Called in since they had really great reviews from Yelp that seemed genuine, and the associate (Eddie) was super helpful on explaining the type of service offered and a quick estimate of the costs. He had even recommended for me to bring in the screen door myself in order to have a decent discount. However, my screen door was too big to fit in a standard sedan and I had trouble with removing the door, so I opted to pay for the actual technician to come on-site to take in the door for repair/screen replacement. The next day, another associate (Neto) arrived on time and was very friendly and quick at removing the screen door. He gave me an estimated return time of when they could bring back the door and there was no hidden or weird fees tacked onto my initial estimate. A few days later, he returned with the screen door and it worked exactly as expected, and the rollers were literally so smooth that I definitely slammed the screen door on accidentally a few times after installation. Neto also helped take a look at additional screen windows around my house, including a screen window that had a missing/broken spring and another window that was bent out of shape. Since I was satisfied with the repair and installation of my large screen door, I opted to bring in the screen windows for repairs into the shop. As both Eddie and Neto had mentioned, bringing the screen windows into the shop did provide an additional discount since I did not need for a technician to pick up and drop off my windows. I was helped by Ruben, who quickly identified the repairs that needed to be done to my windows without any upsells. Originally, he opted to help fix the missing spring on one of my windows but I realized the screen had a hole and decided to get it completely re-screened. The pricing is fair and I am really impressed by the workmanship, since my bent window was "straightened" out and fit well back into the window frame, and I wasn't nickeled and dimed for replacing 1 missing spring since I had opted to have the whole window re-screened. The pricing, service, and quality associates really make this an easy recommendation for anyone in the area to consider this place for screen service.
