I contacted Craig Raymond to see if he could help fix one of the windows in my 59-built house. Turns out he did not do repairs on the type of window I have, but he helped me identify the problem and the type of window, but that's not all. He told me he was going to help me find someone to fix it and he continued to provide me referrals and recommendations and troubleshoot with me when I hit dead ends.
