I got a lot of responses back with we don't offer that type of work, we only replace full windows or we can come out to give an estimate. I provided pictures and measurements, so I wanted a more straightforward price. Stanley window repair was the only business who gave me a flat price that included material and labor and a timeframe to schedule an appointment. Super simple & straightforward; what I wanted and what I got. They came out at the time reserved, removed the window and came back a few hours later to install. Let me tell you, the window looked so new, I didn't even know there was glass. I thought it was just the frame lol. I highly recommend Stanley Window repair. If I could give a zero stars, I would. This guy named Stanley installed an expensive Anderson door very poorly. He left a 1 inch gap between the stationary panel and the operating panel, see pictures. Air was leaking from the door. He threw away the weatherstrip kit that came with the door, claiming that it is only installed for new homes. I ordered this interlocking weatherstrip kit from Anderson, he promised to come and install it, we scheduled a time for him to come then last minute, he refused to come back and install it. He claims that I want him to glue something on the door and that he would not do a Mickey Mouse work. This part is a weatherstrip kit with screws coming straight from Anderson doors so his excuse is lame. He should have installed it as part of the original installation, not throw it in the trash. Very dishonest and unprofessional man. BEWARE HOMEOWNERS AND NEVER USE HIM FOR ANY PROJECT AT YOUR HOUSE. He will surely disappoint. read more
