Two days to answer, two days for someone to show up to fix the problem, and then 24 hours waiting for it to dry. That is already a week. This happened two times, which means two weeks without being able to use the shower! On the third week, when we were finally cleaning up your mess, we noticed the scratch. If I could give no stars I will do. This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. The shower glass installation was done poorly from the start and has leaked multiple times. Each time we had to call them back to fix their own mistakes. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept claiming it was the "first time" they had ever heard of such an issue -- which is completely untrue since we had already reported the same leak before. The lack of accountability is unbelievable. The customer service is even worse. Miram, who sits behind the desk, has absolutely no idea what customer service means. She was dismissive, rude, and completely uninterested in solving the problem. Rather than trying to help, she made the situation more frustrating. On top of the repeated leaks and poor workmanship, they had the nerve to ask for extra payment before even finishing the job properly. Imagine asking for more money when the original work isn't even done right. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If it wasn't for our friend who is a contractor and made us feel obligated to work with them, we would have never chosen this company. Unfortunately, we trusted that connection -- and it turned out to be the biggest mistake. This is the worst company you could possibly ask to work with. First spoke with Miriam via text messages to discuss the options for bathtub enclosure on 3/8. She was very responsive and was able to have a technician send over on the same day to complete the measurements and have the material ordered. The following week due to miscommunication, the installation was completed 3/17 instead. Should had been sooner. But other than that, the technician was very professional at installation, every measurements were check on the spot and cut to the exact size to make sure it's perfect fit. The work is flawless. I found myself in need of a tempered glass shower stall panel replacement after my original tempered glass spontaneously shattered. The first glass shop I called wanted an exorbitant amount to replace and install new glass. Then I found A Super Glass after doing a Yelp search. After reading the MANY 5 star reviews, I gave them a call. Miriam was so quickly responsive and so pleasant. After sending pictures of the broken glass, she gave me a quote of less than half of what the first quote was! I was very pleasantly shocked, and angry at the same time-that the first glass shop was so willing to rip customers off! Miriam scheduled her glass technician to come to my home the next morning to measure and remove the broken glass, which was clearly a safety hazard. Omar came on time on Tuesday morning and was so professional, pleasant and kind. And, he was meticulous about getting every piece of broken glass cleaned up. I expected it would take a few days before the new glass was ready and could be installed, as Miriam told me originally that it might take up to 3 days. I was very impressed that I received a text from Miriam on Thursday morning, asking if they could come and install my glass! After less than TWO DAYS! Because of my own scheduling conflicts, I scheduled them to install the new glass at 9:00 on Friday morning. Jimmy showed up EXACTLY at 9:00, installed the glass -IT WAS A VERY CLEAN AND PRECISE FIT. Well, I called for a quote on a window repair yesterday. Miriam answered, I asked if they do repairs in Riverside. (I am female also) She says yes and wants me to send her the measurements and pictures. I did so and got no response back. After several hours I sent a text asking if she had received my picture and measurements. Still no answer. Finally I get a text, not responding to me at all just asking, "what city do you live in" I had told her already so I reiterated what city I am in. Finally, this morning I get a one line response with pricing that is pretty rediculous for just a window replacement. I guess she has enough work that she doesn't need to be polite or interactive with her customers. I've had some pretty bad bid experiences and this one is right up there. I don't recommend this company at all unfortunately which is sad because us women need all the help we can get. I'm not even sure Miriam owns the company but she certainly doesn't represent it well and she lost my business which is the more important part. I found someone else to repair my glass.
