He is always courteous and patient in trying to understand what I was talking about, as I lack technical terms and I have memory issues; very prompt replying to my messages and calling back; he was also flexible as we had to reschedule the installation at a very short notice because of HOA's rules; and finally, Cezar and his sidekick Johnny did a great job!!! our windows are so beautiful, very neat, and really efficient - we felt and saw big difference! the built in screen is so nice too - like they're see through. Poor customer service. Call them for an estimate, gave them estimated measurements. They Came by to do exact measure, gave me an estimate price. The field person said he was going to call back for the final price. Set a tentative schedule for installation. After waiting for a few days, the never call back for the exact price. I call them back to see what's going on,, they increased the price by $80 for the estimated price. unbelievable! If their customer service is this poor, installation probably just as sloppy. read more

We used BJ's Glass and Mirror to mount a 10x6 mirror on the wall in our workout center room. The price quote for the mirror was fair. Then they sent a very nice installer over to check out the area where the mirror would be mounted. I found this company to be very nice to work with, they made their appointments on time and delivered as promised. I would use them again. I called and asked about replacing a broken mirror in a curio cabinet. The gentleman told me had the mirror in stock and it was $55. I drove over and he cut the mirror to size while I waited and loaded it in my truck for me. Easy peasy! Very kind and friendly. I got a couple other prices of over $250 for the same mirror. I bought an expensive bathroom mirror from Bj's and it broke on my way home due to my negligence, and they gave me a discount on a new purchase and delivered my new mirror at a discounted rate and did not charge me for the install. Called BJs to fix my broken dual pane sliding glass door - the outside pane shatered. Lawnmower spit a rock out at the glass and broke it. The next day John showed up on time and was phenomenal! Last year the glass was replaced and a different guy, different company, took about an hour and half to get it done and the door never closed the same. John wrapped it up in 15 mins, fixed an error the previous guy made, and the door closes with ease again. Their cost is literally less than half of what the competition is charging...no BS. I was ready for an upsell of some sort but the costs didn't change on me. They brought a new and used one to let me decide - I chose the new one - and I couldn't believe they were so much more economical than everyone else.
