He was then told there was no more available times open. So now it becomes more difficult because he is an essential worker and works full time 7am-5pm m-f and could only come on lunch mon at 1pm to drop the truck off. So Monday at 1pm the vehicle is dropped off and he's told to pick it up at 5pm. We arrive at 5:15pm and we are told that it's still "not ready". To "drive around" and come back in 15 min.
