I had a sliding door that was 40 years old and had lost one wheel and subsequently ground the track down to a razor sharp edge and would no longer slide. My general contractor had about given up on the repair. I decided to see if there was anyone around who could repair it since I did not want to spend 3500 for a new retrofit. I called empire and they simply said they could get my door sliding. They arrived precisely on time. I was amazed at what they could do. For less than 10 percent of the cost of a new retrofit they had my door working better than it had in 20 years. They were polite, helpful, kind and really a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their service. read more

We moved into a home where 4 of our sliding doors were so hard to open and close. We were told by another company that it would cost us lots of money to replace and fix. Empire came in and fixed all of them and replaced the screening. Amazing job AND they care about the work they do. We are very happy with price and work done. read more

These guys are great! Called for a quote and they were at my house the next day. Replaced the rollers and track in 90 minutes. Opens with one finger now. On-time, respectful, and did a great job. Recommend them for renewing your sliding glass door and screen door. Don't spend $1,500 for a new door, pay 1/5 of the cost and get another 20 years of service out of it. read more

Our patio door was very difficult to slide open even after cleaning the track and greasing it up with WD-40. Decided to get quotes and came across (reasonably priced) Empire Sliding Doors. Called on a Monday and they came out on Wednesday and were finished under 1 hour 30 min. "I can literally open the door with one finger." Professional, on-time, and great work! Thanks for making our lives a bit easier read more

Great service. My sliding glass door turned 20 years old. The rollers must have given out a before that. Empire's crew showed up today and made the door like new. Just have to touch it and it flys down the track. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend!! read more

Our home is aprox. 20 years old and we had the original sliding glass door going to the back yard, by this time the rollers were so shot that the door was very difficult to move. also the handle & lock were shot as well. Will & his co-worker came down and for about 1/7 of the price of a new door they made it look and operate like a brand new door, new rollers, new handle, new lock etc etc. They cleaned up the track area lubed everything. Now this big heavy sliding glass door slides moves almost effortlessly. Very professional, very clean & polite. I would highly recommend them!!! Thanks Will you saved me a TON of money!!!!!! read more

The track and rollers on sliding glass door were in really bad shape. Could hardly open the door. Called Empire and Will called me back immediately. He gave estimate over phone, and came next day to measure and inspect. About week later he got new track in and scheduled installation. Will and crew did AMAZING job just 2hours. My door is like new! I am very pleased with the whole process. Very nice professional guys. Price was reasonable also. Thank you guys for soooo much! Will definitely refer this business. Will and his crew were fast, efficient, friendly and well prepared. Sliding doors worked great and screens were replaced. Highly recommend them to others. read more

I am very pleasantly surprised! Very professional! Super fast response and I think very reasonable $ considering they have to drive to your home. It took two men to remove our 200 lb glass slider, they replaced the wheels underneath and then replaced the broken track with a much better, heavy duty one that will last for decades to come. Even IF I could have done it for less myself, I don't have the tools, experience nor skills to get it done in an hour (seriously, I could have never done it myself even if I had the tools, a helper and all the time in the world). read more

Excellent job, well done! I loved that they showed up in masks, health and safety is a priority for them. They were very professional. They replaced the rollers on my sliding door and gave me tips on how to maintain the rollers and track in the future. The sliding door works better now than I think it ever has! I will suggest to my friends and neighbors to call Empire for their sliding door repairs! read more

I found an add for repairing a sliding glass door for Empire Sliding Doors. I am so happy that I called them. The service was amazing. It would have cost me much more to replace the door, but there was no need to replace it. Robert, and Paul showed up on time, and they were very professional. They even cleaned and put up the screen door without having to ask for it. I would highly recommend Empire Sliding Doors for any door repair needs. read more

Save your money. Go to ACE glass. Better quality with same or even better prices. I have purchased a sliding screen door from Empire Sliding Doors, I had asked for a mid grade quality door and recived a low grade one insted. Not only that, but its too wide. I didn't think it was a problem until I tryed to put a pet gard on it. Cant find one that fits. ACE is able to get me one but soon found out that I could have gotten a way better quality door with the pet gard on it for what I have paid at Empire. I have used Empire twice within the past year, I have also referred Empire to several people, but now im letting you all know that it is not worth it. Save your money. Shop around. Visit ACE Glass in Moreno Valley for an estimate. read more

Did a great job. No complaints. In retrospect, a bit pricey ($100 for screwing in a simple metal track that probably cost $15?). Ask for a better deal. And he forgot to bring along invoices, so I had to call and remind after he said he would send both email and mail copy. But, overall got the job done fast and got done one of the jobs it took me years to get around to doing...out of the way! read more

I found Empire Sliding Door at Home Advisor. I called them directly and they came out the next day...ON TIME!. They were great. They replaced the rollers on my door. It works better now than it ever has. The stationary door had to be removed to get the slider out. Both were replaced and they cleaned the track and lubed the screen door. I would definitely call them again for any repairs. read more

I found this service through advertised special - and I'm so glad I contacted them. Great phone response and scheduling. The two person crew quickly and professionally replaced decades-old rollers that made my extremely heavy metal sliding glass door almost impossible to open anymore. Now it slides like a dream. I can't believe I didn't do this earlier. And the price is more than reasonable. read more

I was so impressed!! Will and his assistant were at my home within an hour of my call.
