CDM is definitely worth a call. I reached out to CDM and spoke to David last night. I shared what the problem was and he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone. He gave me a competitive estimate and a reasonable time frame in which to expect a visit. He sounded honest and didn't want to over promise on the service time because he had a job at Irvine but luckily enough he was able to squeeze us in. One thing I appreciated was the knowledge and service he provided. He even fixed another door I had issues with. To top it off he was able to add a few things to the work order which I really appreciated. No wonder CDM is highly rated. I was going to move forward with another company who could have came in earlier but opted to wait for a better rated company and I am happy I did! read more

We were off to a good start when David answered the phone and said he could be at our office within an hour. David came to give us an estimate for repairs to three business man doors, including one with a panic bar. Based on a previous door company's estimate I expected delays to allow time for delivery of parts needed for repairs, scheduling, etc. I was very impressed when David said we didn't need any parts, and he asked if we wanted adjustments to be made while he was there. Presto! In about an hour he and his worker completed the adjustments. Everything works as it is supposed to. And his cost was super-reasonable. I found him to be honest, timely, personable ... and he is now on my short list of 'go to' vendors! Thank you David and company. read more

Quick, affordable, and honest. Call 3 different companies all quoted me above $700 and a 2 day wait. Door medics did it for under $350 and did it all in the dame day. Would definitely recommend. read more

So confused I called Commercial Door Medics to come out to fix our "commercial door". Read a review that they fix soft entrance issues, read another review from "Corona" but was told they don't service Corona and referred me to a company all the way in Rancho Cucamonga when Riverside is the next city over to us. Odd to think a company turned down local business. Now I'm stuck looking for a company that this company says they do but I guess they don't do. They should clarify what cities they service. read more

Give these guys a call! From start to finish I received excellent customer service. They were very responsive, coming out to provide an estimate the day after we initially spoke. Pricing was very fair and they didn't try to add anything that I didn't need. When they came out to do the work, they ran into a couple snags with my old door. They didn't hesitate to make sure the repair was done right. They grabbed some extra parts from their van and worked to get the door to fit properly - not taking any shortcuts! These guys are great! They definitely went above and beyond! read more

These guys were great. Provided a quote and time frame for service in a timely manner. Once I confirmed, they showed up promptly and exactly when they said they would. Diagnosed the issue and confirmed the work could be completed on the lower end of their quote range. Clearly they take pride in their work and assure everything is perfect before completing the job. Highly recommend these guys! read more

These guys are great! Dave picked up my call on a Thursday, I explained my time sensitive issue, he asked I send him some pictures of my door, and he let me know right away that he was able to do the work and at what cost. He was flexible, was willing to come in the very next day, but was able to come in first thing Monday morning. He and his employee (I forgot his name) took my door off immediately, we got my equipment in, and they put my door back to normal with no issues. They even fixed the mechanism on my kitchen swinging door for me (at no cost!). So glad Dave's in my area for any issues I have in the future. Also good to know he does Orange County and LA County. It's hard to find contractors you trust these days, but I HIGHLY recommend Dave. read more

Dave took great care of us and got us the part we needed to fix our door immediately. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service. The owner came by for a free estimate but since my problem was pretty simple, I had him fix my door. He was very thorough and checked everything. He really knew his stuff. So I had a problem with my restaurant doors. I called several places, got outrageous quotes and almost gave up. I made one last call with my fingers crossed and thank god that I did. David was awesome. He quoted a great price, showed up to fix within 30 minutes and on a Saturday, no less! He did an amazing job, even made some much needed adjustments at no charge. David is my Door guy for life!!!!! read more

Excellent results and professional service. We called with a failing commercial front door, Dave was more than capable to replace the soft close mechanism. Our door even required additional steps to repair due to more extensive damage, but Dave did NOT nickel and dime us. He kept true to his initial estimate and I very much appreciated that. He answered our calls immediately and provided prompt responses. We will refer and use again in the future if need be. read more
