Jimmy responded to my message quickly and was able to come out that same weekend to provide a quote. He repaired the patio door perfectly. He was also patient, worked around my schedule, waited for me when I was super late (sorry, again), and he made the process straightforward. I liked that I could do everything from my phone (check the quote, make the payment, etc). I appreciated how reliable and easy he was to work with, too. I would definitely use Jimmy's Glass again and highly recommend him to others.

I appreciate that they they are open on Saturday's. I called the first time checking to see if they are able to fix it and of course I did not have the measurements. After finally finding a tape measure I called David back and gave him the measurements and he gave me a decent quote. I did not have time to search for and try to find different estimates, but he came under what in my mind would have been to expensive. After giving my location, 10 minutes later he was knocking on my door. To my surprise, it was the same company that I had used previously to fix another window around the same time last year. I had lost the name and phone number. He remembered that he had been here before. I am glad all the reviews led me to this company, The instillation was fast and and professional, he has excellent customer service and was again very pleased with his service. If you are in need of glass repair, I highly recommend this company. I mentioned that I would be giving a favorable review and he showed me the review my son posted November of last year about our service then. This time, I have added the number to my contact list.

So to start the story my boyfriend started to call local shops in the Moreno Valley and receive…read morequotes on tinting two windows. Saturday afternoon he spoke with the representative and was told to cone on Sunday at noon. On Sunday my bf calls again to confirm before apt to make sure he's on the schedule. He was then told there was no more available times open. So now it becomes more difficult because he is an essential worker and works full time 7am-5pm m-f and could only come on lunch mon at 1pm to drop the truck off. So Monday at 1pm the vehicle is dropped off and he's told to pick it up at 5pm. We arrive at 5:15pm and we are told that it's still "not ready". To "drive around" and come back in 15 min. At this point there's sone serious frustration at the extreme lack of professionalism. The prices are cheap, but you get what you pay for in the lack of customer service.

We made an appointment for Monday afternoon at 4:30, he never showed and when I reached out he said he forgot to add it to his calendar. Okay, things happen. We made another appointment for Thursday, again 4:30, i came home about 4:20 to find his business card in my door. I called, he said that he had it down for Thursday afternoon and showed up at, if I understood him correctly, noon and when I wasn't home just left, didn't even call, just left. He said that he could still make it tonight possibly around 5:30, to which I agreed, but I felt it was reasonable to say that if he couldn't make it, I wouldn't try rescheduling again. His response was that he doesn't really work on a strict timeline (paraphrasing) and that he knew my time was valuable so he would pass on the job. My job is a relatively small job, I want to add a dog door to our slider, so I get it the it wasn't worth his time, but then say no at the start, don't give me a rough quote and then schedule an appointment just to miss it. Several people I reached out to have already told me they don't do the work I'm requesting, which is fine. I can't judge the quality of work, but the customer service, at least in my case, wasn't good.

Alex came out, assessed the space, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a quote. We set up an installation date shortly after, and he executed the vision exactly how I had imagined it. The work itself was extremely thorough and clean, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things correctly. He was also very responsive and readily available whenever I had questions before the installation.
