He said he would need 3 business days to a week to get the glass for us once we ordered it. Because we were waiting to hear back from other vendors, we didn't commit right away. Days later, after a couple of disappointing missed meetings with another vendor, we reached out to him. He said he would take a Venmo deposit to order the glass. Two days later, he called me to let me know he had the item and could come over the same day to install it - which was awesome. He came over and installed the item within an hour. The glass looks wonderful. My wife loved it. We had a great experience with this vendor - especially with the price, quality of product, and the finish options.

The window was put in 27 years ago, so I wasn't sure if it was repairable or if I'd need a whole new window. I called several window repair companies. Some said they no longer did residential services, only commercial properties. Others said they were days or weeks out before they could even come for an estimate. Another guy showed up 90 minutes late and I didn't have confidence in him. Then I found Kevin from All Pro Glass. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. Even when we ran into an issue with the amount of panels/glass ordered not being the right amount (was missing 1 large panel), the owners were willing to work with us to come to a resolution that was fair for both of us, and ended up installing an extra panel for us at a significantly reduced cost just to make it right! One of the old panels they replaced was for some reason installed using some kind of cement by a previous owner, and Nathan was able to work through it and install the new panel anyway without damaging the old window frame which was a tough job.
