He never made us feel rushed in our decision process. And of course the installers Danny and Rob. Showed up right on time. The attention to detail was impressive. Rob had to cut some brick work for the trim, but was able to match it up to where I didn't even notice it. I could hear them game planning during the process to make sure everything would look perfect. I also appreciate Danny making sure that the lock we had purchased separately was programmed and working properly. He noticed the deadbolt was "sticky" but once it was programmed it was smooth. He showed up exactly on time, protected our furniture and belongings and cleaned up completely after the job. Many happy faces here!
