As with last time, the initial consultation all the way through to install day went very smooth. This time around Jaime S.-our initial consultant, came out first to see the job, did his measurements and showed us our door options. Jaime was very thorough, answering any questions we had, letting us know right there what the price was going to be with everything included, including installation. Next we had install day, of which Danny A. was our installer. Danny arrived on time, let us know exactly how long he expected the project to be (and was very accurate), and let us know along the way the current status of the project. When he was done he did a thorough job cleaning up. Danny was very respectful of our time and our house, I recommend him for anyone wanting a great install experience. The quality of the windows and doors is superb. We've had our first set of windows for 4 years now, they still look like the day we got them and open and close very smooth. Great is not good enough, awesome is better as they have amazing Customer Service. I originally went to their factory in Upland and was impressed because their products are made locally and employ local workers. I used to be a Project Manager in Aerospace and therefore I did my research before I decided who to hire to replace my windows (13 plus a patio slider) and I was so impressed by their professionalism and that I was able to see how the windows are being made. It was a no brainer to go with Hometime. I worked with Jaime Sanchez who came to my home, he is the Sales Exec. There was zero pressure and it was a very cool experience to discuss the product and installation process. Today, 4-22-25, Frank Echivera, Danny Alonzo and Joe Echivera arrived as scheduled and did an incredible job removing the old windows and slider and installing the replacements. They covered the floors and furniture and left the home spotless. Of course the windows were cleaned and everything looks amazing, like a new house. Incoming long review! This window company was SO EASY TO WORK WITH. We researched various contractors to replace our windows, and whittled it down to four contractors that we invited for a bid. Once we received all the bids, Hometime Windows came in at one of the lower bids, but not significantly off from other contractors. So we felt better that they were in the ballpark of what others had quoted us. However, just because they happened to be lower in cost didn't mean the service and installation were compromised. From the very beginning, Austin was just a BREEZE to work with. He wasn't trying to oversell their products, unlike one of the other big name contractors, who as we experienced, overstayed their welcome, wasted our time, tried to upsell us, and left us feeling like we just dealt with a used car salesman. Not with these guys! It was a no frills, initial visit to review our windows (and we had A LOT OF WINDOWS), take initial measurements, and review their product. What I liked about Hometime Windows is that they make and install their own windows vs just installing another manufacturer's windows. They offer Lifetime warranties on their windows, so it's more of an incentive for them to install the windows properly. We did request a garden box window which was the only type of window that wasn't made by Hometime themselves. We couldn't really afford to replace all the windows and doors in one go and Austin worked with us on providing various iterations of a reduced scope which would work with our budget. In total, we went with replacing 2 windows and 1 garden window in the kitchen for this 1st phase. Once we signed the contract, we scheduled a final measurement visit, which took 10 minutes, and picked an install date. During the install, Frank, Joe, and Todd arrived bright and early at 7:05 am! On-time arrivals? How's that for a nice change? I was already impressed with their tool and trash bin setup. They got right to work and within an hour or so, the old single pane windows were removed and new dual pane slider/casement windows were roughed in. They spent the next few hours finishing the installation and the new garden box. They finished the interior trim work and made it look like there hadn't been a retrofit at all. All the guys were pleasant and polite. They didn't take smoke breaks and respected our property. They left our place generally as clean as they came, making sure to vacuum all around the interior and exterior. Overall, I'm pleased with how the windows turned out. I'm glad we sprung for the garden window which was much deeper than our original window. And now when I'm in my kitchen I can't help but just stare outside my new windows, coffee in hand, with a smile like I'm in a commercial. Our kitchen feels much more comfortable, looks more modern, and I can't wait until summertime to feel the difference instead of trying to dart out of the kitchen as soon as possible. Before Frank left, we had him do final measurements for the next batch of windows we were planning to replace so that it was ready to go. It's been a week since the install and we already booked them for the 2nd phase of window replacement in a few months. That's how much we liked their work. my new front door was customized to my house. Had to wait a while for delivery. I was so impressed with the door and the professional installer, Danny Alonzo. Danny installed my front door taking great care to do the install correctly. I live in a super windy area and this door needs to hold up against 40-50 mph winds. Danny assured me that this door would do a great job. I originally got an estimate from another well known window and door company that only gave a 5 year warranty on their $10,000.00 front door. They were late to the estimate and took a long time to insist I buy it today. I don't like hard sell tactics and would never work with them. I was pleasantly surprised to pay less than 1/2 of that price with a full lifetime warranty. This company is knowledgeable, professional and doesn't do the "hard sell" tactics I experienced from the other company. The other company was late and didn't respect my time. Once Dylan, our sales representative, came by to provide an estimate, he blew every other company I quoted out of the water. I am doing my window project in phases, so phase 1 was completed today. After my window installations were completed, I received a phone call, voicemail, and email from the owner of the company. To me, this is very amazing!  As the owner making phone call to individual client to ensure satisfaction of product and services is a wonderful personal touch and shows the owner cares about the clients too. The windows and blinds are beautiful.  I keep looking at them.  My previous windows are old (1980s) and looking through nice, clean windows make a HUGE difference. Sharing my experience, Jaime (Windows Consultant) was very informative and helpful.   He had to make multiple revisions of the quote since I changed my mind so many times, and he was very patient and professional.  It was a pleasure working with him.  He was responsive when I did email and text him with questions. We love love love our new windows from Hometime. We replaced a total of 13 windows. Working with Hometime from the initial consultation to the final installation has gone above and beyond our expectations. Brian our Hometime consultant came out to our house to give us initial measurements and estimates. Brian was very thorough with his consultation, he showed us all of the different window designs and materials that Hometime offers and the craftsmanship that goes into all of the windows they offer (all made locally in Upland factory!). Brian was very patient with all of our questions and we were especially appreciative of detailed explanation of all the steps that went into our final installation of our windows. Brian suggested we keep the original wood outside trim to maintain the original look of our home and each of the new windows will be custom built to fit right inside of them. Brian gave us an honest estimate which we thought was very fair considering the amount of work that is to be done which we happily agreed to and signed the contract on the same day. Due to unforeseen delays with other work being done at our home, we had to delay our window installation several times, which Brian was very accommodating, we are very thankful for their patience with us as we navigated through our home improvement process. Fast forward 3 months later the installers Peter and Enrique arrived on time for our appointment to install. I was particularly impressed with how efficient they are, they installed all 13 custom windows in just a few hours!! Before installing they measured and double checked each window, seeing this gave me comfort that the windows were all going to fit perfectly. Peter and Enrique even made sure they laid down tarps and even cleaned up after, leaving our home with no traces of any debris or dust! After finishing the installation they took the time to explain to us how we can maintain and clean the windows, which types of cleaners to use (and not use), and how to take apart the screens without damaging them.
