I don't usually write reviews, but RELI truly deserves it. We hired RELI for a full window replacement project and from the very first interaction, the experience was completely different from every other company we spoke to. Unlike other contractors who were vague, pushy, or tried to upsell us immediately, RELI was transparent, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained exactly what products we were getting, why those products made sense for our home, and how pricing actually works in this industry. No mystery markups, no pressure tactics, and no games. Everything was clearly laid out upfront, which immediately built trust. The pricing was extremely competitive, especially considering the quality of the windows and the installation. We were quoted significantly higher by other companies for comparable (or worse) products. RELI clearly knows how to eliminate unnecessary overhead and pass the savings to the customer. Installation was smooth and professional. The crew showed up on time, protected our home, cleaned up thoroughly, and paid attention to the small details that most contractors overlook. The final result looks amazing -- our home is noticeably quieter, more energy efficient, and just feels upgraded. What impressed me most is that RELI actually cares about doing things the right way. You don't feel like just another job. They stand behind their work, communicate clearly, and follow through on everything they promise. If you're considering new windows or doors and want honesty, quality, and fair pricing without the usual contractor headaches, RELI is the company you want. I recommend them without hesitation and would absolutely use them again. read more

The project is finally completed after several months, and I'm glad it is finished. I want to be fair and mention that Robert was always respectful and professional with me. He apologized several times for the problems and did work with me to resolve some of the issues. However, the overall experience was much more stressful and time-consuming than it should have been. There were repeated scheduling and communication issues, installers were repeatedly late, and there were multiple delays. I often had to reach out several times just to get updates or confirm when someone would actually come. I had actually told Robert that I did not want to write a negative review and that I would give them another chance to finish everything properly. Unfortunately, even with that final opportunity, there were still issues. When the interior doors were completed, the locks were forgotten. They had to come back the next day, and I ended up installing the locks myself. The door stoppers were also delivered in chrome even though I had requested black. One of the interior doors is also cracked at the top. Robert told me that he would get me a replacement door, but the replacement was never delivered. There are also a couple of smaller finishing issues. One patio door screen is missing the lock, and another window has a loose bottom seal with tape that does not look properly finished. At this point, after everything that has happened, I will take care of these smaller issues myself because I do not want any more back-and-forth. There was also a financing issue. I was told that the financing would have 12 months with no payments, but when I submitted the financing, the actual terms were only 3 months with no payments. That was disappointing because I made my decision based partly on what I was told. Another issue was that the workers used our restroom even though they were specifically asked not to, and they left it unflushed. I will provide photos with this review so people can see the finishing issues for themselves. Overall, the final project is completed, and I appreciate Robert personally trying to work with me and make things right. However, the process involved too many delays, communication problems, scheduling issues, and finishing details that I had to deal with myself. I gave them another chance because I genuinely wanted to give them the opportunity to finish on a better note, but unfortunately there were still problems. I'm glad the project is finally finished, but based on my overall experience, I would not choose to go through this process again. read more

My experience with Reli was excellent from start to finish. After my initial inquiry, Territory Manager Monica reached out and guided me through the process with patience and professionalism. As someone with no prior experience replacing home windows, I appreciated how friendly and informative she was, answering all of my many questions. I loved the convenience of handling everything from home--no need to visit a showroom. Monica was responsive to my texts, quickly updated my quote whenever I changed my mind, and ensured the final measurements were taken before placing the order. The windows arrived promptly from the manufacturer, and installation was scheduled without delay. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the entire project in just one day. After shopping around with several companies, I ultimately chose Reli for their competitive pricing, quality product, and outstanding service. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them. read more

Wow! What a perfect experience with Reli from start to finish! We decided to finance our new windows and it went totally smooth. My husband was pleased with the value considering they had to be custom. We had 4 kitchen windows and two custom sliding doors installed: A team came to our house (from LA area) around 10:30 am and they were done by 5 pm!!! These dual pane windows are energy efficient, easy to open and close, and very attractive. The sills are enclosed! No more fly traps! Also; they put base board finishing trim around the sliding doors and we didn't even expect that. There were (of course) some challenges changing the old 50 year old windows to the new ones, but the workers were amazing at figuring out what to do and getting it done correctly. Robert and the team were self sufficient and polite to us answering all our questions. read more

RELI Windows & Doors - Windows Installation Near Me - Sherman Oaks, California

Reli did a very clean job on two of my houses, one window remodel/replacement on my current house, and a new construction project that consisted of new windows and new interior doors and sliding doors, the remodel project was amazing considering how the team didnt damage any of our stucco upon removal of the old windows. I didnt have to go through a headache to find a stucco crew to touch up damages. All windows glide easily with a push of 1 finger. They cleaned up after themselves, the crew was very professional and it shows they have years of experience in their trade. Their prices are very fair and fit within our budget. A big thank you to the Reli Solutions team for making everything easy and perfect for us :) I'm definitely using the RELI App again in the future for my other window and door projects! read more

RELI Solutions installed 11 windows and 3 sliding doors for me at my Palm Springs Airbnb property. The installation was top-notch quality and the installation crew was so professional and friendly. My windows were very old so in the summer heat our AC had to be on constantly and it still wasn't able to cool the house down, considering how hot it gets in Palm Springs. Thanks to RELI Solutions, we now have sound insulating and energy efficient windows and my utility bill has gone down drastically. Thank you so much for making the process easy and hassle free! I would highly recommend anyone looking to change their window or sliding doors to give them a call! The cherry on top was the 0% interest and 1 year no payment financing option, I love that! Thank you!!!!! read more

I've been installing windows and doors for over 10 years, and I run projects throughout Los Angeles, CA. Finding a supplier that actually delivers on pricing, quality, and consistency is rare, but RELI checks all the boxes. At this point, all of my windows and doors come from RELI. The pricing is honestly unmatched--I've compared it against other suppliers many times, and they're by far the most competitive without cutting corners on product quality. That alone makes a huge difference when bidding and running jobs. Beyond pricing, the experience is what keeps me coming back. Quotes are clear, orders are handled correctly, and there's no runaround. They understand how real-world installs work, which tells me they're built for professionals, not just retail customers. If you're an installer or contractor working in Los Angeles, CA and want a reliable source for windows and doors, RELI is a supplier you can trust. After two decades in the industry, I can say with confidence they're one of the best I've worked with. read more
