I spoke with Todd about my dilemma and shared with him that the uninstaller had suggested we cut into a section of the cabinet. I had an excellent experience with Todd and Raul. I needed my downstairs bath redone with a new vanity, mirror and light fixture. Not a huge remodel just needed freshening up. I had an electric ceiling fan that needed to be installed and also a new bed that I needed to have put together. He requested the links for each and was able to give me a quote almost immediately. Once I accepted the quote and we agreed he would do the work he was out within a day or two. The ceiling fan ended up being a bit of a hassle because whomever had installed the previous one did not ground it properly. This is why you pay for quality work with someone like Todd. The bed was complicated (The reviews for this product did state that it was very difficult to put together) but again he was able to do so and I am comfortable that It has been done correctly the first time. We hired Todd for the assistance of repairing and replacing a smoke detector, and assembling two chairs we ordered. He was able to repair the smoke detector very quickly, and assembled the chairs that had some parts missing inside the box, but was able to do it easily. It would have been extremely challenging and frustrating for me to try and do it, and he was able to do this, with the price of a service call. Todd is very fair, honest, professional, and personable. To his credit, he is extremely busy, because he has many good customers that he takes care of. He was on time, early in fact! He worked expertly and efficiently, too. I had purchased half of the wrong smoke detectors for him to replace, and without hesitation he ran to Home Depot to get the correct items to install this morning. Even with that side trip and an unwieldily extension ladder to to deal with, he was in and out in under 90 minutes to replace 6, 20-year old malfunctioning smoke detectors. I hate having service/repair folks in my house, but Todd felt like having an old friend stop by to help out. His prices are very very reasonable and I couldn't be happier. He was even willing to bill our landlord directly for his services. Todd is a keeper and I love knowing that I can text him when I have household issues here.
