Highly recommended. At last I have found a versatile Handyman that I can trust to use over and over again. Really nice bloke, very skilled and great work ethic. He stuck to his reasonable price even though it took a lot longer than anticipated as there were lots of unforeseen problems with the cabinets that would have defeated other less reliable handymen. He could only be better if he doesn't support Chelsea ;)

Yesterday started out like any other day except I get the bright idea to change the ceiling fan in the dining room before wifey gets home from the office. Even though I am able to do electrical work does not mean I like or even want to do it. I am the furthest thing from a handyman. My wife will tell you, I Tim the tool man everything I touch. This time, what should have taken me 30 minutes max, took me about 8 hours. So I decide to request quotes on Yelp and Vitalli had the best response time and his price was the fairest. He showed up within 30 minutes and took his time and carefully assessed the situation and made necessary adjustments. Because if I would've kept working on it we'd probably be replacing the entire dining room ceiling.

Ran a power management kit from below and HDMI from above through the wall. Wall mounted the soundbar and a power strip so that it would give the clean appearance I was aiming for. Made sure that everything was working before packing up. I would highly recommend Vitaly. Very direct and honest pricing (including a future job that I got an estimate for). I was in search of a handyman for some household repairs that I just wasn't able to make myself. I did my typical search on Yelp, and there are a lot of good handymen, but Vitaly stuck out to me. He had did one extra thing, by attaching the image of the bracket for my stairwell railing, that impressed me, and then I realized he's the guy I'll have to take care of my issues! Vitaly came out promptly the next day. Not only did he repair the stairwell, but he reinforced it much better than before. I also needed to have my cabinet drawer repaired. Excellent communication and an honest, hard worker. He tried to repair my sliding glass door handle but it was unrepairable. He even went to Home Depot to look for a new one. We hired Vitalii to help with mulitple projects, including new electrical outlets, wiring a doorbell, hanging up new house numbers on stucco, drywall patching & painting, closet rods, installing a ceiling fan, and a few other smaller items. Every time he came he was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. He even adjusted or redid a few things that didn't look according to plan (mostly my plan) and helped with better suggestions. Vitaly came out to help with a few things around the house and did a great job. He hung several pictures exactly where we wanted them, fixed a light fixture, and repaired a light under our cabinet that hadn't been working properly. I found The Affordable & Licensed Handyman through Yelp because they had great reviews so I was interested to see how much their service fee would be for a simple job when I was looking for a plumber. I needed a license plumber due to home insurance requirement to do this installation or I would've done it myself. They were responsive when I talked to them through Yelp projects. I was shocked with how much I was quoted because it was almost double the price of the automatic shut off valve device I paid for. So I had to confirm that the price that was given to me was just to switch out the bad unit with the new one. They didn't have to do anything else like run new pipes or replace anything else. When I communicated to them that the quote was high, they asked how much did i wanted to pay. I thought they would try to be more reasonable since the name is The Affordable. I give them a range based on the prices from other plumbing company that I reached out to and they couldn't do it which I understand they can set their own prices. Maybe for big projects, they'll give more of a reasonable price which is why they have great reviews on Yelp but just to replace a bad automatic shut off valve with a brand new one, I think it was overprice so I used another plumbing company where they were very reasonable on the price.

I spoke with Vitaly for the first time Sat. afternoon at 3:15, and he was at my place before 4pm working on a front entry gate that would no longer close because one of the posts had broken due to termites. Vitaly had to leave to buy a replacement post and still completed the entire job by 6:20. The job came out great with a new post set in concrete.
