I called this guy today asking if he could do a project for us. I said I would send him a video with what we needed done, all he said was ok. Super cold, you'd never guess from his tone that I was offering him work. So I sent the video and the whole day went by without a word from him, so I just texted him asking if he could help us and his response was "sorry can't help you." Doesn't seem handy or nice. My issue is you didn't just say straight that you couldn't do the project. You kept me waiting for a reply all day.
