Above all, he respects the house - I've never seen any contractor be as careful with the furniture, floors, and cleanup as him and his team. Had Guy and crew install flooring in our home we purchased a couple years ago, we were in a rush to get the flooring complete prior to us moving in. Guy was real cool but the quality of work we are now discovering is bad. We're finding crooked / uneven cuts, and gaps along our doors, closet doors, bedroom slider. Flooring is going two directions with transitions when it should flow the same direction throughout the house with only transitions in the restrooms where flooring was not changed. Be sure to double check all work and ensure up to your standard before paying, we were in a rush, trying to get it done quick and got taken advantage of due to our lack of knowledge. read more

Gaetano and his helper Trace hung up a very large mirror above our fireplace, another big and heavy one in a hallway, installed 3 blinds, painted the trim of our patio door and moved our heavy sectional a few inches to the right. They worked cleanly, were courteous and went above and beyond by going to their shop to get the right kind of paint since ours was the wrong color. I especially appreciated that they charge by the hour, not by the task. We've received ridiculously high quotes for these projects; probably because "anyone who has a 54 inch mirror to hang above a fireplace must have a boatload of cash, right?" On a Mothers Day Sunday I found my hero in Gaetano. A guy with a terrific attitude with a Failure is Not an Option mentality. You gotta love that. He's the owner of Next Level General Contracting. Nothing "general" about Gaetano. I was in search of someone to install a ballet/fitness barre in my wife's home gym. I needed this done by the next morning so that the mirror company I had hired could do their install around the fitness barre and they were showing up at 9:30am! I yelped away for a contractor or handyman to get my job done. After speaking with several people, getting crazy quotes and finding most couldn't do the job in time for when I needed it and or they seemed flaky oh and besides most had never installed a ballet barre before. Gaetano gave me a terrific quote and told me his worker would be out in the morning at 8am. David arrived right on time and perfectly executed the job. Guy and his team worked a miracle with my kitchen! They repainted walls & cabinets, installed hardware, appliances and made several cabinet repairs, including a damaged door frame. Also installed some electrical, a new sink, backsplash and picked up and installed a dishwasher - all of this was done within 5 days!! They were so easy to work with, they asked how we wanted things done and followed our wishes. They even looked after my dog while in our space to make sure she didn't escape through open doors. I also want to add that Guy and his team do a tremendous job with a ton of various handyman requests at my office. Guy came to our home to do some drywall repair in our closet which needed to allow for an access panel to the plumbing in our shower. In my opinion, it was a tricky repair because the hole was quite large and it involved filling in one area and leaving another area open. Guy did an amazing and fast job repairing the hole, even smoothing out some poorly patched repairs done by other workers in the past. After telling him I would do the painting myself, he instructed me on what to do to paint the area so that the color would match the paint that was already there. I followed his instructions and after his patch-job and my paint-job you can barely tell that any repair had even taken place. I will absolutely call Guy if I have the need for any drywall repair of other contracting needs in the future. Highly recommended! read more

The Monday before Thanksgiving we had a terrible water heater leak where our entire downstairs was demoed and we were without hot water for almost a month.Everything about working with Guy and his crew were great. Getting a quote was easy and fast. Approval was done through email and a paper copy on my the day of. They even worked over the weekend to get us water by Monday. It was amazing to see our garage water heater nook go from nothing but studs to looking better than it was before.
