First off the quote for the work isn't the cheapest and the most expensive. But it was fair and in the middle. But the work they do and time spent to make sure the job is done properly was worth it. Billy replies and communicates quickly. Laro and Sam showed up on time and started the work. We all estimated the time would take half the day, but Sam ended up staying 2-3 hours than expected without any gripes. So for the prices paid, the communication, professionalism and promptness is well worth it. I still say do your own research as this is a true an honest review. But I'm planing on the next project again.

Unlike some of the other vendors I interviewed, he was *not* in high-pressure sales mode, and he asked good questions as we walked through to determine the scope of work. His time estimate for completion was perfect. The crew members he had assigned to the job were very clean, excellent communicators, and perfectionists. Thank you to Diego and Jose! I used the team for installing baseboards, texturizing ceilings and walls, painting ceilings and walls, installing backsplash tile in my kitchen, and refinishing a table surface. Regarding pricing - I used the Yelp service to help me obtain four quotes for painting my condo. One was very high, and the other three bids were all around the same rate. Twin Eagle Construction/Handyman Twins was in the middle of those three bids. I realize now that I have some additional work that I will need to have completed, and I will absolutely call them back.

This is an overdue review for Alex! We had a list of items that we wanted to do around the house…read moreand got a few quotes from Yelp. Alex seemed very knowledgeable during the house inspection and provided concrete feedbacks on how to work on these tasks. He was quick to give us a clear quote and his pricing came in the middle among all the quotes we got. We had a good feeling about Alex and hired him a week afterwards. Alex and his wife were timely, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. They restored the paint on our backyard concrete patio, installed gutter above our bay window to prevent rainwater leakage, replaced a small damaged floorboard, did some roof work, fixed our broken cabinet doors, and chalked/sealed our bathroom flooring. Overall, we're satisfied with their work and will definitely reach out again if need anything fixed around the house.
