Overall, all windows were clean. However, I thought the razor scraping off minor residue as the windows were being cleaned would have been completed as expected. After the windows were cleaned, I noticed remaining residue and minor spots (miniscule paint specs, etc.) that were not cleaned while the windows were being washed. It was explained to me by Justin that it would cost $15 (per window!) MORE to clean what I thought was a very minor spot cleansing task that would have taken maybe worst case 10 mins. (BTW, I removed the specs in less than 10 mins when I refused the upcharge). Its unfortunate that Clear Windows has such greed-based pricing that this company is only interested in pure profit without consideration of customer goodwill and future business. This squeezing of more charges just for the sake of business revenue overshadows what could be a quality window cleaning business. This review is unfortunate because 3 other neighbors approached me to see if I was satisfied with the window cleaning and would I recommend them to clean their windows. I of course told them no!
