I hired All Seasons Window Cleaning to clean my solar panels after the ash fall from all the fires near SCV. They showed up on time, they were VERY professional, knowledgeable and great with answering all my questions. After about an 1 1/2 hrs they were done. One they finished, they provided before and after pics which were very beneficial. I should note that my usual solar production is about 50kwh but after the ash build-up, it's been 35ish kWh. These guys were just solid and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. They picked up the phone, came out quickly for an estimate, went through everything thoroughly, gave a competitive bid, scheduled the service, and did a good job cleaning out my gutters. When they were done, they showed me before and after pictures of what they did and even pointed out a small issue with our roofing they noticed while up there. I should have written this before now but this is a double great review. I hired them to help me clean my gutters a few months ago and they quoted me based on the amount of gutters my house had. They came by and cleaned them and the price was a lot less than what they quoted because they said there were only a few that needed cleaning and the rest were fine. Score big for honesty and professionalism there. Then last week the rains came and I could see one of my gutters was backed up and pouring over the side. I called and they came the next day in the middle of this Coravirus craziness and cleaned out that gutter. He said some debris had been caught on a nail. Scott arrived on time to give me a quote for cleaning 50+ windows, inside and out, and power wash a two patios on the second floor of my home. It's a lot of work and they hadn't been cleaned in years but I thought Scott's quote was too low and we agreed on something commensurate with the undertaking. Two young men, Sal and his co-worker whose name I didn't get arrived on time and got to work. The windows look fantastic and the patios are so much better. However, when the large patio, situated over the garage, was being washed my car was in the driveway and a lot of the gunk from the patio ended up on my car. This was not optimal but I wasn't going to ream these guys after spending an entire day of working, so I asked Sal to hose it off and I'd take it to the car wash the next day. I became irritated when he was going to leave before knowing it would come off but some warm soapy did the trick. No harm, no foul until I went to clean my floors and noticed dirty water and dirt from the tracks had dripped down the walls under a lot of windows. That's when I became angry but I cleaned up the mess left behind. Sal and his co-worker had a huge task, I'm happy for having clean windows, and I still believe that increasing Scott's bid was accurate. Sadly, they fell short for being sloppy and creating work for me. I'm selling the house so the next cleaning will be on the new owners but I wouldn't call Scott again if I was staying. read more

I really had a great experience with All Seasons Window Cleaning. My solar panels' performance levels were dropping. They were good this past March when we got rain but especially in July I could tell that it's not producing as much energy. I got a good price quote to get my solar panels cleaned via Yelp. I called and made an appointment fairly easily. 7am Tuesday morning, they came right on time and got the work done in about an hour. Scott responded quickly with my request for a quote, and I was really surprised with the price, and wish I had requested a quote years ago. The guys arrived on time, and were very friendly even with my super barky and energetic dog and our less than perfect house. I am chronically ill, and I have two chronically ill children, so a perfect house is not something we concentrate on. Chris was super understanding. We had originally asked for just the outside of the windows to be cleaned, mostly because we thought it would mean the guys wouldn't have to come inside, but they had to come in anyway to remove the screens. Chris insisted that he had to show me what our biggest window would look like if it were cleaned both sides. In the end, there wasn't much of a price difference between the two, and since we were the last appointment of the day, they were able to clean all of the windows inside and out.
