After 7 hours of cleaning the house by herself, she had barely actually cleaned anything. At checkout, I walked through and said the bedroom wasn't vacuumed or mopped and she argued that it was done. I showed her the entire floor was not vacuumed at all and still had hair etc on the floor, not just the edges of the floor. Then I realized the whole home was in really bad shape. I told her this is supposed to be a deep cleaning and she argued that it was a standard cleaning. I called the company and the owner was helpful, and I sent loads of photos, including Ring camera pictures of her dumping two dirty mop water buckets on the patio right in front of the front door. There was too much to list here, but then instead of sending someone else, the owner said the cleaner and I were both not good fits for his company. Cleaners need to be held accountable when they do not perform any basic tasks or have any professional cleaning skills. The owner's solution was to get rid of customers who complain.
