Max is also trying to claim all of these 1 star reviews are bogus, I can assure you, they are not.
Records customers and their homes to post online without their knowledge.
Max Martin is a slimy business owner and took advantage of his customer by filming marketing material without their consent; filming inside windows and in the backyard, risking the homeowners privacy and safety.
His employee, Braden, was working on the screens and Max arrived with Zane around 10am and they shot an ad for their screen cleaner. This was before Max even met the homeowner Zane quoted the day before; when he came to the door selling their services in a high security gated community without permission.
Max was immediately informed they do not have permission to film or photograph for any reason, to delete all videos and photos or they can stop now and they'd be paid for cleaning the few screens. He begrudgingly agreed to delete the videos and agreed not to post them and his worker continued. He never asked permission if he could shoot marketing material and post the customers home online. Nor did he or his employees inform them photos would be taken for ANY reason. The service was exterior window and screen washing only.
Unbeknownst to the homeowner, Max returned and filmed the backyard shots of his marketing ad with his employee and then posted online days later. The homeowner did not trust that their privacy was going to be respected and they were right, 2-3 months later, a quick search showed evidence Max lied, Max was asked to take the videos down, he refused and continued to post more videos of the private gated home arguing with the homeowner he had every right to. Months later, he is still taunting the family and posts new videos on different platforms.
Zane quoted the job with a 4 HOUR timeframe. The one young man working the job, Braden, arrived at 8AM and didn't leave until 8PM! In fact, the homeowner provided cold water, lemonade and a few meals to him as well as a restroom, since Max didn't seem to think about his employees meals and break times while working on the job, he was more concerned with getting away with making a marketing ad after confirming all footage was deleted and making a quick buck. Braden had so much work to do by himself in the dark, that many screens were not rehung and a few were broken.
Max is a shady, dishonest and creepy salesman. He does not care about his customers. He only cares about making money off taking advantage of the community members. He did not take videos for any reason other than to make a profit off a customers private home without their knowledge after being told he did not have their permission.
And now he's posting videos of community members at their home and children in the neighborhoods without their knowledge and posting it to his business and personal page. If you don't want you personal life plastered across his social media page, do not let this company near your home or business! read more
