I hired Rob to power wash my roof before I put my house on the market. He and his crew blasted away…read more28 years of built-up dirt and moss from our concrete-tile roof in less than two hours. The dingy, dark brown tiles are now their original three shades of light grey and look brand new! I also had him do my multi-colored flagstone patio, and he was able to power off the thick, black layer of residue from several bird seed feeders. It was almost a miracle. Rob was super responsive to email and calls and promptly scheduled me for one week later. I comparison-shopped and his was the best combination of high ratings and reasonable price. I still can't believe what a huge improvement a professional power-washing makes! I feel it also increased our house's market value and buyers' confidence in the roof's solid condition. I promise you'll be surprised and pleased at the results!

They responded same day (within an hour, actually), arrived exactly inside the timeframe given, immediately provided me with a pleasantly fair estimate (which I accepted immediately!), and got right to work! Three person team: one inside, one outside and one on screens. Yes, the screen cleaning is included! And this is no "wipe it off and call it done" screen cleaning. They laid them out systematically in the driveway and brushed them clean with a cleanser (?) and water mixture. I was amazed the trouble they went to but the result is there. My 60+ year old single-pane windows, though suffering a few scratches from wear and tear over the years, have never looked better! The team was fast, very courteous and respectful, polite and professional. Can't ask for more! Highly recommend this company for window cleaning.
