I was referred to Wayne at 805 Window Cleaning for our solar panels. They had some pretty bad lichen or mold on them, and I was pretty worried about cleaning it off without damaging the panels, which were a big investment for us. Wayne set up a time that was convenient for me, and quoted a price that was reasonable. One of Waynes team members, Chris showed up on time, and answered all my questions. He had seen this before and assured me he would be able to get them clean without any damage. I was working in the yard so I got to see how he did it, and it was amazing. They look as new and I am going to have them come on a regular basis, so as not to let them get that bad again. Here are a few before and after photos! Wayne and Chris were awesome!! read more

Look no further for window & gutter cleaning. I needed both - desperately. I was looking for a new company, and Wayne (owner) came highly recommended by a friend in Newbury Park. We've had disappointing experiences with a couple of other companies in the past. 805 Window Cleaning exceeded expectations. We had a great crew, Chris and Kevin. I got a text from Chris saying they were 10 min out. Then Kevin called when they were arriving. The heads up was very appreciated. We did a quick walk through and were assured that no shoes would be used inside so our wood floors and carpets were fully protected. They cleaned all the gutters first then Kevin worked inside and Chris on the outside. Windows, screens, tracks and sills were all thoroughly cleaned. The glass was gleaming. The guys were very professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend this company. Pricing is extremely reasonable and results are great! read more

805 Window Cleaning - So clean!! - Window Washing Near Me - Ventura, California

Had a fantastic experience with Wayne and his two technicians.. Both of the guys were pleasant, engaging and easy to talk to. I mentioned that we had a hummingbird nest built on the side of the house and they managed to work around it, as well as some lawn patches that I'm repairing. We had a scheduling issue from our first appointment and Wayne graciously rescheduled us, followed up to confirm our second appointment and the technicians even showed up a few minutes early on the day of! They were very pleasant to work with, respectful of our time and property and worked diligently to get our windows and exterior absolutely spotless. There was no downtime and the guys were HUSTLING the entire time they were there!!! They were observant of our dogs and careful about opening and closing doors and gates, just like the description states... Screens were cleaned and replaced better than before! No damage... For those of you concerned about such matters, the technicians wore personal protective gear and shoe coverings for the interior cleaning. Ladders were padded for exterior work to avoid damage. Interior window tracks were cleaned as well. All of these five star ratings are the real deal and we proudly and unreservedly add our names to the other 60 5-star ratings for 805 Window Cleaning!!! read more

I had to schedule a few weeks out as they were busy during the summer. The duo who cleaned my windows (Roman and Jason) showed up promptly and were very professional. They went right to work and were finished with my townhouse in about 90 minutes. The windows were sparkling, and they removed the screens and cleaned them with soap and water, then cleaned the runners. One of the team even cleaned the mirrored doors of a closet in my office, which was much appreciated, and made the mirrors so clean that it looked like an extension of the room. The service was excellent, the work exactly as I had hoped, and the price was great. I will have them back in the spring! No mess, no inconvenience, no streaks! Thanks, Wayne. read more

I had my windows and screens cleaned by 805 Window Cleaning. Jonathan, was the guy that showed up on my doorstep. I was immediately impressed by the fact that he was wearing a mask and he had plastic coverings for his feet. Also, he kept his mask on when he was inside our home. He did a beautiful job of cleaning the windows and screens. He was very thorough in cleaning all the tracks in the windows and two sliders. He was methodical and meticulous as he worked. In addition, he was very friendly, professional, and just a joy to talk to. I felt like he was cleaning my windows/screens as though they were his own. Jonathan is a super worker and I could tell that he has a lot of pride in what he does. The next time I have my windows cleaned I will definitely have Jonathan do them. We have used Wayne and his team for a couple of years now to wash windows, but today was the first time they power washed the house. All I can say is 'wow'! What a HUGE difference it made and I'm disappointed that I didn't have them do it before. 805 Window Cleaning - Can see clearly with the great job they did - Window Washing Near Me - Ventura, California

Windows were super dirty and now they are perfectly clear you can see a big difference. Wayne is super nice and was on time.

Our agent set up an appointment sooner than I could have done and 805 Window Cleaning did a great job. The property looks like it is ready for buyers and the windows are so clean it looks like there are no windows! Excellent job cleaning the windows up in the cathedral ceilings too. Thanks for fitting us in! read more

Amazing job from this company. Professional attitude backed by super clean windows!! Thank you very much Wayne.

My first experience with the crew was great. They were professional, courteous, and did a good job. This time... Jonathan (?) was professional, courteous, and did great work. However, the trainee did not. He left crud from the tracks all over the brand new vanities and freshly painted window sills, and missed some windows entirely. As in: did one side of a window, but skipped the other. Such a bummer. read more

I have Pella double paned windows with a wood frame between the panes. The window has to be taken apart to be cleaned. 805 Windows did a great job of separating the panes and thoroughly cleaning the windows. I had my downstairs windows done a year ago and this time I had them do the upstairs. They did the cleaning without having to go up on the roof. I was really pleased with the results and highly recommend them! read more

Wayne is the best and most fair in the business! ALL of his staff are professional, neat and friendly. I didn't realize how DIRTY my windows until they got a hold of them and the screens. Plus, they cleaned my glass chandelier that is at least 20 ft. up and it looked just like it was installed! You will not be sorry you booked 805 Window Cleaning! read more

We have been using Wayne's window cleaning services for over 20 years. He and his crew always do a fabulous job. We have a two-story home with many windows. His team arrives when expected, and are courteous, professional and clean. They always handle household items very gently that need to be moved in order to access the windows. Items are replaced with care. External window and screen cleaning is also performed with extreme care. Kevin, Isaac and one other young man whose name I didn't get were very pleasant and respectful. Thank you for a consistent pleasant experience. read more

I was very impressed with the detail and efficiency of the work done by Wayne and his guys Kevin & Roman! I love that they are a "one-stop" business that were able to offer everything I wanted at once for a very reasonable price. With top-notch equipment they cleaned all the gutters and downspouts on our large 2-story house, power-washed the outside, cleaned windows inside and out, cleaned every screen, power-washed the patios, porch, sidewalks, driveway, and the flowerbed stone walls that had gathered a layer of moss. In addition, they made sure the gentle power washing did not remove any paint or damage anything. The prep work on the windows included removing any previous hard water spots and paint overspray beforehand. I've had my windows done by someone else for years and they never cleaned them like these dudes did, and they were very polite and respectful while working. My property looks beautifully fresh and clean...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

If you use anyone else, you're bonkers! Wayne responded within 24 hours to an online enquiry. He came over, quoted a VERY fair price for difficult windows, and really busted his stones to get our windows done before the in-laws arrived. His tech lead, Justin turned up on time and told me he would have to come back tomorrow to finish the job, but actually went all out and finished the same day. 805 did an inside / outside job, on a 2 story house with cathedral ceilings, skylights and difficult access in record time and excellent quality. They were also one of the only contractors I have ever met who respected the fact I asked them to keep the outside gate closed to stop the dog getting out. Amazing price, amazing service, amazing quality of cleaning. (Amy H's review of 1 x star below for lack of contact is simply bogus - local owner / operator companies are not as sophisticated as national ones, give them a break!). read more
