They did both windows and gutters and did a great job, in including coming back to get it perfect

You did my windows last week or the week before and you did not do the outside of the downstairs window. You do have to walk up a bank , but others have done it. A guest notice that they were not done! I paid to have all windows done. Dorothy Brunkan 1962 Hillcrest Lane Ventura,CA 93001 read more

Drew and Mark arrived on time to clean all of my windows and screens inside and outside. They quickly got to work cleaning all the window tracks, removing screens and making everything look new again. They cleaned the garage door windows, sliding glass doors, plate glass door and many windows. I expected it would take 3-4 hours (like it used to take me to do it myself) but these guys really hustled and completed a perfect job in one hour and thirty minutes. Drew's company "The Window Guys" also takes care of the windows and screens at my office on a scheduled quarterly basis. The prices are amazingly fair and the quality of work is impeccable. I will continue to utilize "The Window Guys" for as long as I have windows to clean and they are available. Thanks again fellas! Great Job!! read more

Very respectful young men. The quality I would have to give an average score. The value for the money: 7 windows inside and out. Screens and tracks too $175. After my experience, I think it was a little on the high side. read more

Unreliable! No longer deserve the good reviews of the past. We've hired The Window Guys in the past and were satisfied with the cleaning, even though they showed up late. This time, they were originally supposed to come three weeks ago, but Drew cancelled because he was sick, so we rescheduled. Then it was raining, so we mutually rescheduled for today. They were supposed to arrive at 12:45 and 20 minutes prior Drew called to say he "tweaked his back" and wasn't coming over. When he didn't sound convincing, my husband explained we are having a party tomorrow and needed the windows done today, Drew hedged and said "well maybe we can do it today, but we're running behind," That's the real reason he wanted to reschedule! Too much trouble EVERY TIME we've used them. Won't use them again - tossed their card. read more

Once upon a time I washed my own windows because I am a perfectionist. Now I'm 77 and no less an authority than my wife told me a few years ago to stay off the ladders before you break your fool neck. For once I listened to her. I tried a number of guys passing themselves off as window washers who either had visual problems(does streaky windows ring a bell)or were just plain inept and some even had an attitude problem. Then one day about 10 years ago I tried The Window Guys. Problems solved. I have been in clean window heaven ever since. And did I mention they are perfectionists, prompt, work well with others and are reasonably priced. And oh by the way they do screens, pressure washing, and I don't know what else. Don't believe me? Try 'em and then you can write your own Yelp review. read more

Excellent work! I called them to do a bay window on the second level. They ended up washing the rest of the second-story windows too. Not only was the price reasonable, but they worked around my tight schedule. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone AND will be calling them for future work. read more

I have always received a great job and reliable service . What is amazing is the prices are more than fair. I have found lower pricing but the job was never done the same. My windows not only look great but the chemicals other companies use seem to irritate my family. Not only our windows but pressure washing my patio, driveway and house. Thank you guys for your great work and good pricing. read more
