Drew and Mark arrived on time to clean all of my windows and screens inside and outside. They quickly got to work cleaning all the window tracks, removing screens and making everything look new again. They cleaned the garage door windows, sliding glass doors, plate glass door and many windows. Unreliable! No longer deserve the good reviews of the past. We've hired The Window Guys in the past and were satisfied with the cleaning, even though they showed up late. This time, they were originally supposed to come three weeks ago, but Drew cancelled because he was sick, so we rescheduled. Then it was raining, so we mutually rescheduled for today. They were supposed to arrive at 12:45 and 20 minutes prior Drew called to say he "tweaked his back" and wasn't coming over. When he didn't sound convincing, my husband explained we are having a party tomorrow and needed the windows done today, Drew hedged and said "well maybe we can do it today, but we're running behind," That's the real reason he wanted to reschedule! Once upon a time I washed my own windows because I am a perfectionist. Now I'm 77 and no less an authority than my wife told me a few years ago to stay off the ladders before you break your fool neck. For once I listened to her. I tried a number of guys passing themselves off as window washers who either had visual problems(does streaky windows ring a bell)or were just plain inept and some even had an attitude problem.
