Drew and Mark arrived on time to clean all of my windows and screens inside and outside. They quickly got to work cleaning all the window tracks, removing screens and making everything look new again. They cleaned the garage door windows, sliding glass doors, plate glass door and many windows. I expected it would take 3-4 hours (like it used to take me to do it myself) but these guys really hustled and completed a perfect job in one hour and thirty minutes. Unreliable! No longer deserve the good reviews of the past. We've hired The Window Guys in the past and were satisfied with the cleaning, even though they showed up late. This time, they were originally supposed to come three weeks ago, but Drew cancelled because he was sick, so we rescheduled. Then it was raining, so we mutually rescheduled for today. They were supposed to arrive at 12:45 and 20 minutes prior Drew called to say he "tweaked his back" and wasn't coming over. When he didn't sound convincing, my husband explained we are having a party tomorrow and needed the windows done today, Drew hedged and said "well maybe we can do it today, but we're running behind," That's the real reason he wanted to reschedule! Once upon a time I washed my own windows because I am a perfectionist.
