Had them clean 36 windows. When they started I noticed they pour down water on the windows and a lot of the water drips down on to the stucco. Asked the guy, if this will stain my stucco, he said no. The water being used is ionized according to the cleaner. Next day my stucco was stained. See photos. Had my stucco done a month ago and now its stained. They also broke a seal on one of my windows, now there is water stains between the two glasses. Need to replace the window. Definitely a company I will stay away. read more

I requested Daniel to do my windows and got two other cleaners this week. Too bad for me. They did a terrible job. I emailed the owner, requesting that someone come back and do a decent job on the still dirty, streaked windows with many visible drips. I haven't heard back yet. I used to love this company. I have used this company 2 or 3 times. They are fairly priced, especially with specials in beginning of the year. We live on a shady street which sheds all its leaves in the winter. Not only were my rain gutters cleaned and the ground left spotless but also all the areas on the roof where leaves were collected. My windows are fantastic as you can see! read more

Inferior Window Cleaning Service!!! I called Superior Window Cleaning at least a month ago and made an appointment to have the windows cleaned for our house. They sent many email reminders and also called me to confirm my appointment. Then, they don't bother to show up. They were also very difficult contact and find out what was going on. We finally heard from them and then they said that we didn't even have an account with them which is a lie. We called Superior Window Cleaning to clean our windows and solar panels. Our windows and solar panels haven't been professionally cleaned since they were installed 8 years ago. Joe, the technician, showed up right on time and explained everything about the service and the order in which things will be done. I was a little confused on how the water from our outdoor hose connection would dry very well as the water isn't softened to that connection and comes straight from the city. Our water is so hard here that it leaves hard water stains on everything. Joe explained that he has filters on the truck thru which our water passes. I thought that was extremely clever. Joe did an excellent job. The solar cells looked new. The window were also very good. Joe said some were stained pretty badly with 8 years of hard water spots from our sprinklers. They still came out well and Joe explained they will get better if I clean them well once or twice a year. I'll be having them back on a regular basis because I believe I will save money by optimizing my solar and keeping up on the window cleaning made me realize that I could actually see my yard from inside my house.
