J.J. and Nelson came today and just proved the commitment to service and professionalism that AWC has. I got an email a day or two before and a text when they were en route. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were friendly, hard working, and efficient. You will not be sorry for using this local company! read more

An amazing company indeed. We first used AWC some years ago for window cleaning at our home, and they did an excellent job. So we had them come to our school , and it was an A+ job once again. Since then, in addition to windows at both locations, they've also done pressure washing, gutter cleaning and repair for us. We can't praise Aaron and his team enough - they do a superb job each and every time. - Ken B.K. read more

The AWC crew never disappoints. They have been doing our windows/gutters/patio cover as well as a few smaller "tasks" for a few years now. Having high ceilings and having reached the age of 78 and 80, my husband and I no longer climb up on high ladders. It's comforting to know the crew takes their job seriously while making sure we are pleased with the results. When they leave I look out my windows with a smile on my face. Thanks AWC crew! Buyer, beware, this company is dishonest and does not stand by their word. The technicians for this company damaged multiple windows at my property. They scratch them beyond repair.I allowed the owner aaron to attempt to correct the problem, which he was unable to, and it was determined that they would need to be replaced. The owner assured me that it would be taken care of and he would have someone out to get it quote on the repair of the windows. I had to follow-up with the owner on multiple occasions. Because I never heard back from him. And once I he got the final quote for the repairs and saw how expensive it was going to be. He refused to replace all the windows. He claimed that his technicians did not damage all of the windows in just one but I had literally sat there in my living room. Watched the technician, damage and scratch the windows in question. I had advised the owner of that since day one, and he assured me that it would be addressed, but unfortunately it took him almost two months to get the quote on the repairs, and then ultimately, yeah, he.Refused to correct his company's mistake. Now I have to take him to small claims. And file complaint against him in his company. I should've known better, but I guess you get what you pay for when you work with a company with these cheap prices. You also get cheap service. With these low prices, I guess ethics and honesty don't come with these prices. read more

Be aware If you are have French doors like mine they are counted as 3 French doors instead of 1 because they are "more work" to clean I've had my windows cleaned by other companies never heard of such thing anyways their 150 for 200 deal is to lure you in Its hard for me to believe that they care for returning customers think twice before booking them read more

AWC Window Cleaning - This French door is counted 3 French doors because it's more work according to Aaron $17 x 3 = $51 to clean this - Window Washing Near Me - Camarillo, California

I have used AWC for several projects. Windows, cleaning and installation of gutters and cleaning tile roof. All projects were completed on time with excellent results. read more

Prices were very reasonable but they didn't do a good job, I was not satisfied with their cleaning services. Wet dirt from the tracks of several windows was just pushed into the corner ... the picture was taken 5 mins after the workers left (who were in a huge rush to get somewhere else). For a company that specializes in window cleaning, I would have thought they would be better equipped to properly clean all corners. I don't recommend them for window cleaning, might be a better idea to pay a little more & book a company that will do a better job. read more

I wish I could give 10 stars, to AWC Window cleaners .. they did an amazing job, went way beyond the call of duty

They did a horrible job on our windows. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them in my house, luckily they only did the outsides.

Beautiful work at a reasonable price. Easy to contact and they were out the next week. And the best part is the amazing job they did. My windows were really filthy because I recently had the grass taken out and the yard redone with drought tolerant plants and rocks. It was a very dusty job, so the windows really needed cleaning. The guys came out spot on time and got right to work. They were neat and efficient and left my house clean and the windows sparkling! I really like the thorough job they do on the inside sills and the screens. Every time I have used this company I have been extremely happy with the results and the price. I highly recommend Aaron and his company. read more

Aaron and his team clean windows on a 3-bedroom rental home after each tenant departs. He is always on time, detailed, and fairly priced. After Aaron's completed the project in November, the windows were so clean that you could actually see imperfections in the outside screen (that were not visible before). Pretty incredible! Aaron and his team work efficiently and are extremely knowledgeable. He is a man of integrity and high character. read more

We purchased through Groupon and after calling and leaving a message someone finally called back a week later to set up the service. We schedule for today 9/10/18 at 0830. As of now, 1036 nobody has shown up and all calls have gone to a voice mail. Our Groupon voucher was marked "redeemed". Not happy at all!! I highly recommend you DO NOT purchase this on Groupon, or at least do not give them your redeem code until the job is done. We probably just got ripped off, so hopefully this saves the next person from being taken advantage of! I would never recommend a company that operates this way! Find another company! **UPDATE** After an hour going back and forth with Groupon, we are unable to get a refund. They continued to tell me that the voucher should never have been redeemed until the work was completed. These guys didn't show up and totally expected us to be push over people. They purposely double booked to make more money, and thought we would be the ones to say "no problem... come on over" HELL NO!! I absolutely do not want to do business with this company and regret ever purchasing this Groupon. Lesson learned. Groupon harbors criminals and endorses fraud. **UPDATE** My wife and I discussed it after I returned from work last night. Apparently you told my wife a different story (not surprising). WE BOTH do not want you in our home or on our property EVER. The money is absolutely not the issue, I don't care about the money. My refund will be through these reviews and also word of mouth to all my neighbors here in Moorpark Highlands and Country Club Estates to not use your service. I am actually going to put out a "Be Aware" message in our HOA bulletin. If I can prevent other people from having the same thing happen then it will be a success for me. *I WISH WE COULD LEAVE NO STARS* read more

highly recommend this company. on time and reliable. Valkyrie and Jimmy dis a great job. if you need windows washed, this is your best bet. read more

I used a Groupon discount and was completely satisfied. They did an amazing job for a reasonable price. I was very pleased with how clean the windows and sills were--inside and out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they were late due to a previous job taking longer than expected. That would not have been an issue but I didn't get a text saying they were on the way until 20 minutes after the hour-window was over. Overall, I'm very happy with their work. Will definitely use them again. read more

I am limited to 5 Stars on Yelp so that will have to do. I just have to say these guys are amazing. We called them Literally at the last minute between rain storms. We had a big annual Christmas Open House on Saturday and you basically could see out the windows, of which we had a ton. Friday they were here bright and early on time and worked like crazy. Inside and out beautiful and pristine. I don't know what product they used except elbow grease but it didn't look like there was even glass in the panes when they finished. Recommend them To everybody in our park. read more

We would totally recommend them. They showed up on time, did a great job, and were easy to have around. Very polite, and accommodating. We would hire them again. read more

This company is so responsive, thorough and respectful. Great team and great service. We used them 3 times and have not been disappointed. AWC Window Cleaning - Picture perfect job on all of my windows!!!!! - Window Washing Near Me - Camarillo, California

A few weeks ago, we had our residential windows cleaned inside and out. Aaron and Joseph did an outstanding job on them and they sparkled under the sun (as opposed to the pouring rain as I write this review). Previously, my windows were filthy as there were some work done in the house so I was delighted with the finished work. One of the best things is that I can't see any streaks which is often what happens to me when I clean my windows. As it was a whole house window clean (and keeping in mind they were filthy windows), it nearly took them the day but it was all so worth it. They were also courteous and easy to talk to. And the price provided was very reasonable. He is able to provide a price up front so there are no surprises when the job is done. I will definitely get them to clean the windows again as it beats me cleaning up the windows and creating streaks that'll bug me for days on end. Definitely a 5 star service. read more

AWC Window Cleaning is an amazing company. Johnny, JoJo, and Josh (The 3 J's) are a wonderful team who are professional, kind, and with "old school" work values. They did an excellent job, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service...Thank-you! read more

Although the window cleaning was very good, the scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. They set and broke appointments several times, causing me to miss work. The owner himself was not very helpful, not a good business man in my opinion. read more

We bought a GroupOn and got a terrific deal on getting our home's windows washed. Not only the windows, but the screens and sills, too. Inside and outside windows. The two man crew were friendly, efficient and took their time and did a beautiful job. The owner of AWC Professional Window Cleaning came by to check on things and to introduce himself. Highly recommend AWC Professional Window Cleaning, which is a local business. read more

AWC is fabulous, reasonable and dependable! Today AWC cleaned the inside windows and tracks, as well as, the outside windows and screens of our 3-story townhouse. Not only do my windows sparkle, but they were done in such a short time and for a very reasonable price. I'm so happy with their work that I've scheduled them to come back every 3 months to do the outside windows and once a year for the inside. read more

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Israel and Jonathan not only cleaned my windows (no streaks, crystal clear) but, they cleaned the tracks as well!! They were masked the entire time, extremely courteous, and very professional. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't realize how dirty my upper windows were until they were cleaned. Don't give out recommendations easily, but DEFINTELY will for AWC. AND...VERY AFFORDABLE!! read more

They came and did an amazing job on my windows. Nothing was rushed and at first I was worried about them being able to reach the second story but that wasn't even a problem with these guys. This is for sure my go-to company from now on!! :) read more

Joseph and Josh were on time, professional and very courteous. The windows were cleaned in a timely manner and they double checked to make sure they looked perfect. They even worked around my baby's nap schedule so they wouldn't make noise near his room! I received quotes from a few local companies and AWC was very reasonable. They cleaned the windows inside and out, screens and tracks. I couldn't be happier. I fully recommend AWC. read more

Purchased a Groupon for cleaning the windows of our condo. Tried several times to contact this "professional?" window cleaning company directly but received no answer to my requests to schedule the job. Groupon's passive resolution human-less help desk was of little help to resolve this issue. Given the favorable ratings from other consumers, I suspect that PWC is no longer interested in honoring Groupon Vouchers. There certainly appears to be an adverse history with honoring Groupon's Vouchers through this company. Groupon's discount inducements are a fallacy and require too much overhead and time to get the vendors to honor their discount commitments. We were forced to cancel the Groupon Voucher, stopped payment for the services through my bank and have decided not to use Groupon again. As with the other complaints, I too will notify our HOA to avoid this company at all costs. Final thought, I've noticed that the after-the-fact responses from the management owner of this company to similar complaints are at best lame, excuse ladened and insincere without any compensation offered by the owner to offset customer inconvenience. DON'T WALK, BUT RUN FROM THIS OUTFIT. read more

These guys were fantastic! A very happy and professional crew showed up and tackled my challenging 3 story home. The quote I got via email was very close to what I paid and my windows look wonderful! Just a fun fact, counting windows isn't as easy as people think so make sure and disclose the type of windows you have so you get an accurate quote. I didn't feel like I counted them right so I asked lots of questions and the quote was within dollars of the actual cost. Great job, great company, will have them back for sure!! read more
