"Reliable" is not what I would call this company. He had come to replace two screens (on the recommendation from B & B Hardware) and did a great job. So, we scheduled a whole house window cleaning for three weeks out and went to a lot of trouble to prepare, moving furniture, window coverings, etc. NO SHOW, NO CALL and now his mailbox is full after several messages were left, over three days ago when he was supposed to show up. Be warned by my experience. I followed up on a Nextdoor recommendation for Tim Jaworks window cleaning and power washing. He did not show on the appointed date of Friday, July 10th. No call. Did not respond to my messages either. Moving all the outside furniture away from the house and returning it was a great deal of work. Paid a neighbor's son to help with the heavy items. Plants burned in the weekend heat, I finally reached Tim the following Monday night. He had some cockamamie story about being without a phone all weekend. He said he replaced the phone on Monday and yet he still had my name and address in his new phone. He apologized and rescheduled for today, July 18th. I am always willing to give someone a second chance. Once again, no show, no call. Tim Jaworks is unreliable and totally unprofessional. read more

I got a Groupon for window cleaning and called Tim. He answered my call promptly and set up an appointment the following week. His partner Joseph Mejia did a terrific job on all the windows and sliding glass doors. They haven't looked this shiny and clean in years and the prices were fair/reasonable. (They even offered to replace the broken screens from when I last tried to do my own windows-- I definitely took them up on this unexpected offer) Joseph was considerate and polite, which is always a plus. Tim pressure washed our roof, which was totally covered with moss, since that side of the house rarely sees the sun. He and his helper Joe, did an amazing job. There were 5 different roof levels to clean, took them 5 hours and they never stopped. They did an amazing job, the neighbors have all made very positive comments about the change it has made to the look of the house. I had given Tim's Company a poor review about a month ago when we had set a date and he did not show up or call. I persisted in trying to contact him, and am so glad that I did. It turned out that there was a family emergency and he was out of state. Tim is hard working and did an incredible job of cleaning all of my windows, screens and window channels.
