To access some of the front second story windows he had to get up on the roof. He rested his ladder against my brand new rain gutter, causing damage and paint chipping to the gutter (ordered with custom color). I can't believe that a professional person in this line of business would not have the proper stand-off on his ladder to prevent gutter damage. He did give us a discount and was very apologetic, but regardless, it should not have happened. Then after he left I went into the backyard and found he didn't wind up hose after he was finished using it. Bummer, oh well.
