I got 9 windows done and they missed 3 of my windows. Once i checked the work it was a mess. I was working from home and busy so i trusted the guy to do a good job. The windows are streaked and not done well, they failed to do some of the outside windows as well. I gave them a call to call me back but they have not returned my call yet. I will be showing pictures of the work they did. Do not come here, if anything you can do a better job then they did. I purchased from Amazon and will be doing my windows myself from here on out. It was 100 dollars for 9 windows. Also on one of my windows the spring came out and he did not put it back in, now my window cant go up and down. My Window Man is a terribly-run, unethical company. They arrived as scheduled but that was the last thing they did right. The two-man crew looked like a couple of inexperienced high school kids. They didn't bring a ladder tall enough to reach the outside of the upstairs windows. Shortly after they got there they said they had to leave, even though they hadn't finished almost 40% of the 25 windows in my home with most of those streaked and spotted. They said they would be back the next day with a taller ladder. They asked for payment in full which I mistakenly gave them. I did immediately call the My Window Man office to ask what time they would return the following day but I never got a call back. The next day came and went but no one from My Window Man showed up. Many of these negative reviews for this company depends on which window washer is available. I have had multiple guys come for different cleaning appointments and each one of them has a different personality and work ethic. John does the best work out of them all and never skips or misses Windows and always makes sure to brush your screens. Terrible service. First, they forgot to clean 2 out of 8 windows. (For those keeping score out there, that's 25% of the job that I paid for) I asked the 2 guys about removing some old paint splatters and was told there would be an upcharge of $2 per splatter to clean those. They also didn't bother to clean out the channels the windows slide in. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself. They charged $150. So for the windows they actually washed, that works out to $25 per window. As a local real estate agent I'm often asked about various trades people that I would recommend. I kept meaning to Yelp this company as they did my windows a couple of years ago. I've had my windows professionally done a few times and cringe at the price, but I have a two-story home, so worth it I figure for me not to fall off a tall ladder, plus I figure if I pay for a professional, I'll get a job done better than I could do myself - WRONG! I called and received a quote for all my windows and told them I wanted to screens cleaned as well. The young many arrived and started upstairs cleaning windows. I noticed him on the back lawn brushing the screens off and not washing them. I thought that was maybe his process before he actually soaped them up. Then I saw him start to rehang a screen and stopped him and told him I asked they be cleaned. He informed me "that is how we clean them" and I told him "no, I want them washed with soap and water." He then told me that would be $5 a screen! I told him forget it, I was already paying more than I cared to and I was not happy it didn't include the screens. He did a mediocre job on the windows, but I can honestly say I can get them cleaner. You could literally tell how he "cut corners" by not cleaning the glass all the way to the outside corners. Before he left, he wrote his name and telephone number on a piece of paper and said he was going out on his own soon. Really, he thinks I'm going to call him?! When My Window Man called and followed-up with me that week, I told them I was very disappointed in the work done and more disappointed screens were not covered. All they offered was a 10% discount on my next window cleaning - really - Big Deal?!!! I told them I would never have them come again, even with a big 10% discount. I also told them I couldn't believe they wouldn't offer to redo the windows since I was unhappy. I now make sure I always tell my friends not to use them. Then months later I receive a call that its time to get my windows clean. I told them "take me off your list." I still get calls probably every four months or so and just ignore the call. Just got a phone call again the other day from My Window Man - that's what prompted this Yelp review. These people should not be in business, they're terrible. I hired them to primarily clean my mini-blinds, I decided to have the windows cleaned too. When they arrived a young man was assigned to clean the blinds. I was told on the phone that they would be taken down and washed outside, but the man in charge said 'no, they don't take down large ones'. He said they would be washed with soap and water. I was doubtful but thought maybe they were good at it. Well I was wrong, only half of the blind was clean, and all the dust/dirt was pushed around the cords. As for the windows. they're clean but some still have squeegee marks and they didn't clean the window sills like I was told they would. I called and said I wasn't pleased with the blinds and I was told someone would be out to re-clean them. No one showed. I have called many times since with no response. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have stayed with them because of their professional attitude towards their business and the quality of the service they provide. I tell them to contact me twice a year and that's what they do. If its during the rainy season ( when we have rain) and I want to hold off, I tell them to call back back in a couple of months and that's what they do. I am a busy working person so I consider their calls a service. My windows are always clean when they leave, each person seems to know how to remove a couple of my more difficult screens and I haven't washed the windows! I wish so bad that I would have read the reviews before booking them. The lady on the phone was super nice and friendly. We got everything booked and on the day that our windows were to be cleaned, a young man showed up, I showed him everything that needed to be done. We paid for all the windows to be washed and screens cleaned. I told them I wanted the screens cleaned because there was a lot of dust from construction. When I got home from work that day and found a screen on our front porch just sitting there, I thought that was curious, then I noticed the front window screen was only half way in. Long story short, 8 of our 13 screens weren't even touched, the other ones looked like they were wiped but not cleaned. The windows had streaks everywhere. I've never been more disappointed in a company's service. I am not one to complain, so I called the nice lady on the phone, told her the situation and she assured me they would send someone the next day to clean them better and apologized profusely. The next day, the same young man showed up. When he got there, I met him outside and asked him what happened, I literally could not believe what came out of his mouth...his response (and I promise i'm not making this up) was "yeah, it got really hot outside yesterday, so I just decided to leave." My jaw must have hit the floor. I showed him around and he apologized and said he would take care of it. He went out to his car and came back a few minutes later and said he would do the windows but wouldn't do the screens because his boss said since they had stucco on them, he wouldn't be able to get them clean. I laughed, not a single screen had stucco on it. I have no clue what he was talking about. I could tell, he just hated his job and just didn't want to work that day, so I said, "I'll tell you what, I'll just call and get a refund and hire another company to do it." I COULDN'T BELIEVE what came out of his mouth next. With a smile and kindly he said, "yeah, that's probably a good idea." He was so relieved he wouldn't have to work that day. From that day on for the next 14 days, I called once or twice a day and left voicemails and the friendly lady on day 1 would never call me back. About 2 weeks later, I received a check in the mail with no apology or explanation refunding $22 of my $110 I paid. I too this day can not get this company to talk to me or return my calls. I think this is my first ever negative yelp review, I hate being negative...but you need to know. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Here are my conclusions: 1. Don't trust the company. 2. They are always on time, they work super efficiently and fast and they are always courteous and respectable. They are also good at dealing with my dogs who like to meet with them! WORTHLESS CHEATS.........I phoned for service and told them to send someone experienced and who knew how to walk on concrete tiles .They senT a young guy and I emphasized that he'd have to walk on the tile edges NOT on the center....left him with a check(wrong move) and came back to find broken tiles and rips in my screens and one screen bent so badly that it left it with a 2 foot by 3/8"' gap and thus destroyed.
