I wish so bad that I would have read the reviews before booking them. The lady on the phone was super nice and friendly. We got everything booked and on the day that our windows were to be cleaned, a young man showed up, I showed him everything that needed to be done. We paid for all the windows to be washed and screens cleaned. I told them I wanted the screens cleaned because there was a lot of dust from construction. When I got home from work that day and found a screen on our front porch just sitting there, I thought that was curious, then I noticed the front window screen was only half way in. Long story short, 8 of our 13 screens weren't even touched, the other ones looked like they were wiped but not cleaned. The windows had streaks everywhere. I've never been more disappointed in a company's service. I am not one to complain, so I called the nice lady on the phone, told her the situation and she assured me they would send someone the next day to clean them better and apologized profusely. The next day, the same young man showed up. When he got there, I met him outside and asked him what happened, I literally could not believe what came out of his mouth...his response (and I promise i'm not making this up) was "yeah, it got really hot outside yesterday, so I just decided to leave." My jaw must have hit the floor. I showed him around and he apologized and said he would take care of it. He went out to his car and came back a few minutes later and said he would do the windows but wouldn't do the screens because his boss said since they had stucco on them, he wouldn't be able to get them clean. I laughed, not a single screen had stucco on it. I have no clue what he was talking about. I could tell, he just hated his job and just didn't want to work that day, so I said, "I'll tell you what, I'll just call and get a refund and hire another company to do it." I COULDN'T BELIEVE what came out of his mouth next. With a smile and kindly he said, "yeah, that's probably a good idea." He was so relieved he wouldn't have to work that day. From that day on for the next 14 days, I called once or twice a day and left voicemails and the friendly lady on day 1 would never call me back. About 2 weeks later, I received a check in the mail with no apology or explanation refunding $22 of my $110 I paid. I too this day can not get this company to talk to me or return my calls. I think this is my first ever negative yelp review, I hate being negative...but you need to know. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Here are my conclusions: 1. Don't trust the company. 2. I love My Window Man. They came out about two weeks ago to my home, and were absolutely awesome. Firstly, they were extremely kind and professional during the initial call and service. They had answers to all my concerns about what I could expect from their service. My windows and sliding glass doors haven't sparkled this much since I moved into this house back in 2007. No joke, they are so clean now that I had to warn a guest the door was closed so they wouldn't walk into it. My Window Man is THAT good, and I will always recommend them for window, sliding glass, and solar panel cleaning (because they did that for me too!) I was shocked at the low price i was quoted, and the number of services they offered. As a first-time customer, I honestly didn't know what to expect, but it turned out to be a really relaxing experience. The guy who came out--Blake, I think--was right on time and super polite. While he cleaned my solar panels, we ended up chatting about stocks and dogs, which made the whole thing feel easy and comfortable. I didn't realize how much of a difference clean panels could make, but the price was totally reasonable, and I even scored a deal. This was the 2nd time we had My Window Man out and we are completely satisfied. we have a window that gets hit by our sprinklers and the hard water leaves lime deposits, Blake was able to put together a mixture that really knocked the potency out of the stains.
