Ruben and his son Jaycob run this business and they have been consummate professionals with every…read moreaspect of our encounter with them, from 1st contact, remote evaluation of our roof, discussing logistics due to our distance from Camarillo, quote, insurance, scheduling and flexibility dealing with the unexpected, etc. Upon arrival, they spent the necessary time to VERY safely set up everything to begin the process and throughout the day their attention to detail and safety was superb! Their website and reviews online are super informative. Ruben is a retired fire captain and every aspect of his attention to detail demonstrates that training. The results were astounding! Our red Spanish tile roof looks almost new again after removing years of moldy dirt and the annual lichens that the rains weren't sufficient to wash off this year. No broken tiles--amazing! We also had our skylights and solar panels cleaned. So much better!! The clean up around the property afterwards was just great. It's worth a little more $ to have eco-friendly products to clean roof without harming your plants and neighboring properties with run-off like traditional roof cleaning services that use diluted bleach solution. In the long run, it's very cost effective. But what's really worth the $ is having professionals who take their job very seriously and show pride in doing everything exactly as it should be done for safety first and outstanding outcomes! Highly recommend this father/son team's work AND they are just really NICE people, too!!
