Started with these guys in 2023 and they came back out to fix an unrelated roof leak in 2025 and did great work.

The contractor didn't appear to want the job, after he found out I didn't want a roof replacement.

Heaven Construction installed gutter for my home. I was satisfied with the quality of their work. Additionally, they were quick and came in at a reasonable cost. read more

Honest and priced fairly during rainy season. From The same Yelp- some companies half did not respond and the other half price gauged. Came on time and easy to work with. read more

Reliability is a fundamental aspect of any service, and unfortunately, Heaven Roof and Gutters fell far short. They blew off our first scheduled appointment and I had to personally reach out a few days later to notify them of their no-show and reschedule. At least they are consistent in their incompetence, as they also failed to show for the rescheduled appointment. Unless you find pleasure in being repeatedly blown off and dealing with an unprofessional company that lacks commitment and doesn't respect its clients' time, I would not recommend. read more

Needed a roof replacement for 1 room in our house. The previous owner didn't do a good job with the roof so it was leaking during the rain. Diego quoted me an amount and I also asked him to come over for a more accurate estimate. We were so happy with the service and the work he has done on our roof! We also came up to our roof for the first time. We chatted and he even gave us some advice on our main house roof. Diego is my go to roof guy now, he is honest, hardworking, and never tries to upsell us on anything. Our room is no longer leaking and we are so happy to find Diego for our roof needs! Definitely recommended Diego & his team! read more

Heaven Roof and Gutters did an excellent job on my gutters. I chose the 5" black box gutters. The crew came to my house and made the gutters on the premises. They were also kind enough to install my rain chains which I have received so many compliments on. I highly recommend Heaven Roof and Gutters read more

Based on a referral, I contacted this company over a month ago on a Friday and sent my architectural plans on a newly constructed ADR. I was assured a quote on Monday. I got nothing. Called back, sent the plans again. Called again a few weeks later and was told by a rep that he had the plans and would get back to me in a few days. Still nothing after weeks later. Very disappointing. read more

I couldn't have been happier with the outstanding work of this company. They immediately and correctly identified the problem. No one was even close to their affordable bid. The work was carried out quickly and professionally! I can't say enough about Diego. He is incredibly responsive. Every text question of mine he answered almost immediately. I find this rare with home repair contractors. Finally when they discovered rotten wood near the poorly installed flashing around the ventilation pipes, he showed me the photo and offered to repair at no additional cost. A totally honest and professional business' read more

Heaven Roofing is the BEST! I had a big job with a Spanish tile roof, so I did a LOT of research. I contacted seven companies. One company quoted $28,000 more than the quote from Heaven Roofing. Heaven Roofing was the only one that told me I didn't need to do the second story. The only one. They sent a crew to my house and removed tiles and did an underlayment, then put white sealer everywhere that didn't have tiles. They matched my tiles exactly. They were the cheapest quote and by far the best. They were also recommended by the roofing company they bought supplies from. They finished in two days and cleaned up so well and put up my bougainvillea which fell. Excellent group of men. Excellent job. No more leaks. My neighbor is now going to use them. Diego is polite and follows through. Excellent company! read more

Heaven not only built a wonderful new roof for us, they also installed A+ gutters. Cool roof, expertly laid shingles and top notch flashing + vent work. We were starting from a poorly built roof and Heaven turned things around, and did so at a truly amazing price. We'd work with Heaven over and over (though hopefully we won't need another roof for decades!) Would recommend Diego and Jay to anyone looking for roof or gutter replacement or repair. Honest, excellent work for a fair price. read more

They did a fabulous job on my Gutters. Friendly helpful took pictures for me. Worked quickly and efficiently.

I requested quote from contractors to install gutters for my house. It was only a small job but the team at Heaven Roof & Gutters were quick to respond. An appointment was scheduled the same week to give me a quote, the quote came back the same day outlining the scope and price, Diego the owner was quick to respond to my questions, and due to a last minute cancellation, they were able to send someone over the same week to install the gutters and redirect the rainwater away from my house. Gutters look great and I no longer hear the splashing rain coming down from the roof of my house to the cement. read more

Roof installation completed September 2023. Waited to post to ensure there was a level of consistency. The first rain, no problem. The second rain, a leak in my breakfast nook appeared. Called, came as soon as possible. The leak had nothing to do with the roof it was a masonry issue. Pictures were taken and forwarded. I was offered a temporary fix at no charge until I could have the issue appropriately assessed. Staff and owner extremely attentive, supportive and professional. read more

Heaven Roof & Gutters recently did a great job re-shingling our roof, and installing gutters. Awesome crew and work. Diego, the owner, is a super nice guy... patient and thorough with my questions and concerns, some last minute. He came out twice initially, first to get measurements/quote for roof and then again to do the same for gutters we decided to install. Both quotes were fair and in the middle of other quotes we received. Diego took care of pulling city permit, and scheduling inspections. He helped us with some exterior insulation on a section of house that needed it. They replaced some of the decking that was rotted. They also installed a new skylight (Velux curb-mounted) and a few low-profile vents. His foreman, Fausto, also a great guy. Both are very personable. They had a friendly, hard- working crew of about 7-8 guys for our house. The demo, and deck repairs took a full day. They hauled away everything at end of day. The install of shingles (Owens Corning Duration Cool Roof Plus), drip edge and skylight took another full day. With a deck inspection day in between. Then the following week...took about half a day to do full, seamless gutters around house and garage. Also want to note...they did a great job with clean-up, ie old nails around yard. Mindfully & carefully worked around our plants and landscape. They covered our pool to minimize any debris getting in. All very much appreciated. Would def recommend HRG if you want to hire licensed pro roofers, who offer warranty on their work. I know they also do some bigger commercial jobs along with their residential work in greater LA area, and little beyond I think. We live in SFV. Thanks Diego, Fausto and HR&G crew. We appreciate you. New roof and gutters look great! Cheers read more

Heaven did a fantastic job at a fair price for our re-roof with new gutters. It was super helpful talking through options for a couple unique challenges for our home at the quote stage and great to see Heaven's solutions come to fruition, with adjustments as needed along the way to address questions and concerns we had as they popped up. read more

This company is amazing! They do fantastic roofing and roll out enormous single piece gutters. They also make sure that everything is well angled and supported. They did my gutter installation with gutter covers. NO PROBLEMS. Diego documents a proposal of what is needed and what he can do, along with his quote. I found it super competitive. His work is flawless, clean, and he finished on time. His crew is worth mentioning as well. They are all super. You read more

Awesome experience with Diego and his crew. If you don't want to read further, I will say, without hesitation, that you should hire these guys if you need any roofing work done. Our job was small; a patio cover, but it's been patched over the years and was kind of a mess. Diego took the time the inspect the roof, identify rotted wood that needed to be replaced and ensured that his team knew exactly what to do. So many other contractors advised me to just replace the entire structure which I felt wasn't necessary. After the wood was replaced, the roofing material went down with no issues at all. The end product looks fantastic. The crew hauled away all old materials and left the space clean and free of debris. Thank you, Diego and team for the great job! read more

Update: My original review of my experience with HR&G led to the team reaching out and making things right by installing edge metal around my home to make sure water wouldn't flow between the gutters and my wall. They also emphasized their warranty and that they would come out to fix things should anything come up, so I'm updating my review to show my thanks. read more

Diego fixed some leaks on our flat roof. He was very responsive and came the very next day to assess the damage. His people were very quick and reliable. Called heaven for a flat roof repair and down spout replacement. Diego came out and checked out the issue. He used his drone to visually check what the problem is and have an estimate. Flat roofs are always prone to water leaks as the roof can become a bathtub if the drains are clogged, which they were. They ended up using silicon coating 5 feet around the drains to prevent future leaks of the down spouts clog again. He also replaced the downspouts to eliminate draining issues. Since I just recently had the exterior of the building painted they bought the same Dunn Edward's Exterior paint and painted all of the stucco that is exposed with the new downspout. Diego is great to work with as he is very responsive. His pricing is very reasonable considering our current inflationary environment. read more

This service provider was the very first company to respond to my Yelp inquiry and it was very quickly after I submitted my request. Great start but this business flamed out once they responded. I gave them 3 stars because the response I received is: "Sorry, I can't help with this request." Why bother responding at all with a lame one sentence response? As a customer - it would be nice to know why you can't help with this request as you offer the service I need according to Yelp and I am located in the Yelp map of service area for your business. I'll look elsewhere for a reputable business who can provide a level of service higher than "Minimal" or "Very Limited". Note: I'm a real client who submitted my inquiry today 11/21/23 at 12:44 pm and received a response from the business at 12:56 pm. I received nothing for this review other than the poor service response described above. read more

Hello, I met Diego through family friends. First impression is lasting. He is very honest, straightforward business man, very sincere and easy to talk with. He updates and very flexible to accommodate our needs. He provides free inspection, estimate within few hours, and very amenable to negotiate price. His workers are excellent and helpful to your request and needs. His company is outstanding and excellent to assist you with any roofing issues. We had so many quotes from different roof companies, but we decided with Heaven R&G for new roof project. First time when I called this company was because the name 'Heaven' caught my attention; we need help with the leaking on roof & it was on weekend but Diego was very kind & he managed to send Roger to come right away. Roger is very good too, he put tarps around this 100+ years old house & gave us some roof advices. Overall, I think this is a good roof company & their price is competitive. Diego is also easy to negotiate with & what important is with his busy schedules, he is willing to talk listen to your concerns.
