They blew off our first scheduled appointment and I had to personally reach out a few days later to notify them of their no-show and reschedule. Heaven Roofing is the BEST! I had a big job with a Spanish tile roof, so I did a LOT of research. I contacted seven companies. One company quoted $28,000 more than the quote from Heaven Roofing. Heaven Roofing was the only one that told me I didn't need to do the second story. The only one. They sent a crew to my house and removed tiles and did an underlayment, then put white sealer everywhere that didn't have tiles. They matched my tiles exactly. They were the cheapest quote and by far the best. They were also recommended by the roofing company they bought supplies from. They finished in two days and cleaned up so well and put up my bougainvillea which fell. Excellent group of men. Excellent job. No more leaks. My neighbor is now going to use them. Heaven Roof & Gutters recently did a great job re-shingling our roof, and installing gutters. Awesome crew and work. Diego, the owner, is a super nice guy... patient and thorough with my questions and concerns, some last minute. He came out twice initially, first to get measurements/quote for roof and then again to do the same for gutters we decided to install. Both quotes were fair and in the middle of other quotes we received. Diego took care of pulling city permit, and scheduling inspections. He helped us with some exterior insulation on a section of house that needed it. They replaced some of the decking that was rotted. They also installed a new skylight (Velux curb-mounted) and a few low-profile vents. His foreman, Fausto, also a great guy. Both are very personable. They had a friendly, hard- working crew of about 7-8 guys for our house. The demo, and deck repairs took a full day. They hauled away everything at end of day. The install of shingles (Owens Corning Duration Cool Roof Plus), drip edge and skylight took another full day. With a deck inspection day in between. Then the following week...took about half a day to do full, seamless gutters around house and garage. Also want to note...they did a great job with clean-up, ie old nails around yard. Mindfully & carefully worked around our plants and landscape. They covered our pool to minimize any debris getting in. All very much appreciated. Would def recommend HRG if you want to hire licensed pro roofers, who offer warranty on their work. I requested quote from contractors to install gutters for my house. It was only a small job but the team at Heaven Roof & Gutters were quick to respond. An appointment was scheduled the same week to give me a quote, the quote came back the same day outlining the scope and price, Diego the owner was quick to respond to my questions, and due to a last minute cancellation, they were able to send someone over the same week to install the gutters and redirect the rainwater away from my house. Roof installation completed September 2023. Waited to post to ensure there was a level of consistency. The first rain, no problem. The second rain, a leak in my breakfast nook appeared. Called, came as soon as possible. The leak had nothing to do with the roof it was a masonry issue. Pictures were taken and forwarded. I was offered a temporary fix at no charge until I could have the issue appropriately assessed. Staff and owner extremely attentive, supportive and professional. read more

Awesome experience with Diego and his crew. If you don't want to read further, I will say, without hesitation, that you should hire these guys if you need any roofing work done. Our job was small; a patio cover, but it's been patched over the years and was kind of a mess. Diego took the time the inspect the roof, identify rotted wood that needed to be replaced and ensured that his team knew exactly what to do. So many other contractors advised me to just replace the entire structure which I felt wasn't necessary. After the wood was replaced, the roofing material went down with no issues at all. Called heaven for a flat roof repair and down spout replacement. Diego came out and checked out the issue. He used his drone to visually check what the problem is and have an estimate. Flat roofs are always prone to water leaks as the roof can become a bathtub if the drains are clogged, which they were. They ended up using silicon coating 5 feet around the drains to prevent future leaks of the down spouts clog again. He also replaced the downspouts to eliminate draining issues. Since I just recently had the exterior of the building painted they bought the same Dunn Edward's Exterior paint and painted all of the stucco that is exposed with the new downspout. I gave them 3 stars because the response I received is: "Sorry, I can't help with this request." Why bother responding at all with a lame one sentence response?
