It's hard to find an owner of a company that still gets out and loves what he does. Ron was there from the first phone call for an estimate, to in person estimate, and then installation. We added a few more pieces to the job that day which kept them busy all day once we saw the quality of the work they were doing. The project went from new addition area only to the entire house except for one since we ran out of time. That's coming soon. I highly suggest The Gutter Guys for your Gutter needs. We just had a new roof installed to our house and we had to remove the rain gutters. During the new roof installation process, I started looking into new rain gutters. After doing some online research on Nextdoor and Yelp I came across The Gutter guys (Ron owner) which both resources had great reviews. I called Ron and made an appointment for an estimate. Ron was on time and extremely knowledgeable. Ron walked around the entire house and pointed out some issues with my old gutter installation and he gave me advise how he can make it look better and improve my drainage. Once Ron completed the measurements, he provided me with a very well detailed roof layout measurement. My next question to for Ron was he going to perform the installation himself or was he sending a crew? Ron stated I do all the work myself with one helper. I booked Ron right away on the spot and didn't bother getting a second quote. The day of the installation Ron again was on time. He took the first 15 minutes and we did a walk thru around the house on some last-minute details and answered a few questions that I had. Ron brought up very good points how his installation is going to be a little different from the old rain gutter installation which all made sense. Ron is very attention to detail. The work took two days. Working full 8-hour days. If Ron had any questions during the installation he would stop and ask me and if I had any questions, I would ask him. Ron is very customer orientated and very approachable. The final work came out great. Ron cleaned up after himself and did not leave any debris behind. If you decide to hire Ron let him give you his input. Ron won't sell you more gutters that you need. Word of advise if you decide to install rain gutters and you get a quote from someone else and they tell you they can be out in a week to do the install that means they are sending a crew which you are going to get someone that you didn't originally deal with or they have no work. I had a gutter that is out of alignment and dripping. I was very impressed with the communication and care this crew took at my property. They were prompt and I had communicated to the scheduler that I had an 8 am meeting and if they arrived just get started. After my meeting I stepped out and they were already setting up go get started and acknowledged they didn't want to disrupt my meeting. It impressed me that they actually thought of that. The crew explained their process and the time needed for the job. They had to shift a few random things on the patio and put it all back where it was and even coiled up my garden hose. Then they asked if they could meet the dog that had been watching intently from the window. They showed him affection and several pats and tossed the toy for him.
