We scheduled an appointment quickly and they arrived a little earlier than expected. Three technicians completed the work. They first connected equipment to the outside dryer vent, where some lint came out, but not much. They then pulled the dryer away from the wall, removed the vent hose, and vacuumed the duct. There wasn't much lint inside either. After the cleaning, another technician came which I asked a couple questions. I mentioned that I was surprised there wasn't much lint, and he explained that my dryer vent is working properly because it vents directly outside instead of traveling a long distance through the walls. I also asked how often I should have it cleaned. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary services, he told me it wasn't something I needed regularly. He recommended having it checked about every two years for peace of mind and safety. It's very rare someone (especially a business) is honest and I was grateful for his professional opinion. Overall, I like their punctuality and I will always recommend a company that gives straightforward advice instead of trying to upsell you.

When I contacted them afterwards I was told the concrete was old and stained which would have been nice to know before they started working if the pressure washing wasn't going to make any difference. Additionally, they had a hard time moving the large patio couch so they left it but also sprayed all over the pillows as seen in the pictures. I was able to move the couch by myself so I'm not sure why two grown men were not able to. The window of arrival was also 9-10am but they didn't arrive until closer to 10:45. Eddie the tech has been with AA Atlas for over 20 years and still shows up at your door with a friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable presence. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, but also noted that since our HVAC is older, you need to be a bit gentler when servicing so that you don't create even bigger issues. Under his care, I have no doubt that this system will serve us faithfully for many more years. Eddie showed me that my HVAC system has twice as many air filters as I had thought, and those two that I didn't know about were totally clogged up and caused our issues. None of our previous houses had that many intakes! The main office is also super professional and kind. The phone is answered on first ring with a smile, and they call you to let you know the tech is on the way!

They are honest, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and just great guys. I appreciate how they pay attention to small details and go the extra mile to explain the repairs to me.
