I had…read moreadmittedly been delinquent on washing the exterior of our house because past pressure washers I used have broken something on our house every time - doorbell cameras (yes, multiple times), glass from our outdoor lights, security camera, etc. Will and Kyle came out and took care of cleaning our roof (which I didn't realize needed cleaning untill I looked at their website and found out that moss is not good for roof tiles). They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. It actually took a full day and then a couple of hours the next day to finish our house, but Will and Kyle had no qualms coming back the next day and made sure our yard and house (including our outdoor furniture) were spotless of debris from the roof and the house was cleaned to my satisfaction. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. Ray's Window Cleaning did a good job with the actual cleaning -- the panels look great and are definitely reflecting the sun again. The service tech, very friendly, also kept me updated when he was running late, which I appreciated. That said, the overall experience was a little mixed. When he arrived, I was surprised to find him in my backyard rather than coming to the front door first. I was also told cleaning my 25-27 solar panels would take about 45 minutes, but the job ended up taking closer to 2-2.5 hours. Def messed up my Saturday evening plans. There was also a safety issue while he was on the roof. His ladder was slipping on my shingle roof, and he had to call a coworker to help him get down safely. I do appreciate that he took safety seriously, but it was still a bit concerning as a customer. For the inconvenience, he said he would charge me $200, which was only $1 less than the price I had been offered the day before by the door-to-door representative. Overall, the panels look really great and the cleaning itself was good, but the communication, timing, safety concern, and pricing left me feeling like this was a 3-star experience.

They're extremely thorough, even to the point of looking at which way the water and sludge from the roof is going to go and letting neighbors know that if any gets on their house and yard he'll clean that up, too.
