Frank and his son Austin ("Bear") did an amazing job cleaning our tile roof (with 36 years of weathering and grime), our windows (now spotlessly clear) and the hardscape all around the house and yard. They're extremely thorough, even to the point of looking at which way the water and sludge from the roof is going to go and letting neighbors know that if any gets on their house and yard he'll clean that up, too. Then, when we had work done re-stuccoing a perimeter wall and the worker left the grounds messy, Frank came back out and cleaned it up as good as new. All of this for what I consider very reasonable rates. Well worth it, and we'll being calling him again. read more
