Great work! We needed a gutter for a newly purchased townhome. The rain was flowing into the garage. I contacted Matt at Mr. Gutter and he came right out. If you don't know anything about gutters, Matt can teach you. He knows everything you need to know. He did a great job explaining how the work would be done and then he color matched the gutter perfectly to the house. It's a seamless gutter and looks great. With yesterday's rain, Matt made a trip to the townhouse and confirmed that there were no leaks, and the gutter performed as expected. Very professional and on time! From the estimate to the final installation everything went very smoothly!

I chose them based on Yelp and couldn't be happier. I had a serious issue with water damage hitting my attached sun room and causing the wood above to rot as it splashed from the roof. Matt was very patient with showing me my options and offering suggestions I hadn't thought of. He came prepared with samples and left them with my wife and I so we could decide on the final product. Matt and the office kept us updated with the wait throughout the process and were accurate with their estimates. Installation was on time and professional with not a single piece of paper left behind. BONUS they noticed a piece of my tile roof out of place and fixed it including caulking. This is a follow-up review for my first comprehensive cleaning/inspection after the gutter installation I had done three years ago. Once again: top rating. A crew of three young guys came out to clean my gutters and evaluate (and repair, if needed) everything related to fasteners, joints and flow angle. For your consideration: * The guys were all personable and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions. * They were all very comfortable--and careful--when walking on my roof. * They carry with them all sorts of parts and things necessary to tweak the gutters, depending on what they find. * I showed them a couple of videos I had taken during a rainstorm to illustrate the problems I saw. This turned out to be very helpful (note: if you take videos, send them to the crew beforehand). * I pointed out an area where I noticed spillover during a recent rainstorm, and the guys noticed broken connectors and replaced them right away. Fixed that! * The guys were at my home ahead of schedule, spent just under two hours, and actually did more work than I expected. No change in the fee. Got a receipt right on the spot. I live in Las Vegas but my mom lives in Westminster. My mom doesn't know how to use Yelp so she asked me to write this review on her behalf. First off, my mom, a 62-year old Vietnamese woman who speaks broken English insisted that I get on Yelp to give 5 stars to Michael and his son. Last year, her house flooded from all the rain combined with the lack of gutters in her house. To ensure this wouldn't happen again, she called Mr. Gutter to install the gutters. Not quite sure where she found him, but I'm glad she did. His gutters come with a lifetime warranty. Just a week or so ago, she noticed there was a problem with the gutters and called him back to take a look at them. Michael and his son came by to find that the plants from our neighbor's palm trees had clogged the gutters. They cleaned out the gutters and didn't charge her a dime. She wants everyone to know that Mr. Gutter offers her peace of mind. She can worry less about her house being flooded and if she has any issues, she trusts Michael to take care of it. We needed to replace a damaged downspout and some gutter sections that had holes in them. Mr. Gutter was great, they came out to give me a estimate and look at the work that needed to be done. The estimate was fair for a small job. They were able to schedule me in at a time which was most convenient for someone working remotely. Very much appreciated that. These guys have such a great attitude it made it very easy to work with them. They have a minimum price which kind of bummed me out because my repair request was very small but they did an awesome job at it and again they were very nice. The woman at the office was also very attentive and let me know that the schedule was kind of far out and that she would call me when it was ready and she did exactly what she said I couldn't ask for anything more. A month later after some extremely hard rain, I noticed one of the gutters that was installed last summer which I don't see very often had some overflow on the non-drain side of the gutter during a downpour. There was prior wood damage to the rafters before the gutters were installed so I was impressed they were able to install them at all in the first place. They came out again the next business day and were able to dip the opposite side a little bit and make a few other minor tweaks and now it looks like it will it will work perfect. The staff at Mr. Gutter are as honest as the day is long. We got our gutters last Fall and they turned out great and pricing was even better. With this recent rain, one of the gutters in our backyard wasn't draining. I didn't think it was full of leaves as I had cleaned all of them recently. So I thought they had installed them with not enough of an angle to drain. Called them to check on it and it was of course just jammed with leaves and debris and all is good now. But when I called Matt, he had a crew of guys out to my house within 30 minutes and got it all cleaned up and took video proof of the clog. Anyway, I would recommend this company for any & all rain gutter issues and/or installations. These guys are serious professionals! We had them out to clean the gutters and redo the copper screens. Matt, the owner, came out the week before to review the job and was very thorough. They got us on the schedule, showed up on time and were awesome about cleaning up. They made sure I was happy with the installation. Super easy to work with. These guys were AWESOME! Great customer service, easy to work with, great work ethics. Charlie did my estimate earlier this year. He did a good job understanding what my needs were and what would look best for the house. Free estimate! When they came to do they work, it unfortunately rained on us, so we had to reschedule for the next day. They were pretty flexible with my schedule. They installed the gutters in about 4.5 hours and even readjusted some downspouts to my liking. Super easy to communicate with during the day. Matt was really professional and friendly. He even let my neighbors know that he saw something wrong with their gutters when he was up on my roof when they stopped by to say hi. Overall, my experience with Mr. Gutter was fantastic! I was hesitant to call Mr. Gutter at the beginning since they appear to do big jobs only (based on Yelp pics), but I was wrong. When I called and explained my falling gutter situation, they became very concerned that it may fall off at any moment and tried their best to squeeze me into their schedule. I received a competitive quote via email with their proof of insurance then they showed up in two days later and fixed the problem. I needed new gutters for our house after living in it for 4 years with the old gutters being an incorrect design for the house and falling off the house. I called during a busy time and the owner was still able to come by my house in a matter of days to give me a free estimate. His insight was great and we decided on what to do. His guys came out, and it was literally a team ready to get the job done in one day (1250 sq ft home). They were all very polite and professional and worked hard all day. Pricing was very competitive but what drove me to use them was they were able to complete the job a little over a month after the estimate which was unreal during a busy time. But the part that I appreciate the most is that I ordered rain barrels and tried to coordinate them arriving the day the gutter guys were here....didn't happen as my order was canceled due to COVID with the supplier not making them...the owner of Mr Gutter said no problem, call me when you get em and we'll swing by and help install them....awesome service. Just some bkgd context, for those of you that really dig deep into reviews for research, I got a free estimate from Charlie (previous owner) in April 2019 and wasn't aware that there was a transition in ownership sometime btwn then and probably early 2020 (?). If I had been in a rush for my job, I probably would've been furious at no responses, etc, bc I did try for specific questions. That being said, I re-contacted the office earlier this year and they have been nothing but professional and earnestly trying to meet customers' needs and also repair any misunderstandings with angry customers during the transition period. I was told that they are taking no new jobs as they have a backlog for the next 6 to 8 weeks. No appointments until February 2020. They should post on their Yelp account that they are not taking any new work at this time and then update that when they are ready to schedule jobs again. Very disappointed! They cancelled all my appointments in the span of 3 months. I wanted to secure our home before the rainy season so I called to make an appointment in September. A week before our October appointment they cancelled and rescheduled for November. A week before our November appointment they called and cancelled again. Sad that being a woman gets you substandard service. They broke a few tiles on my roof and lied to me saying they broke zero (I believed them since I had no reason not to - they seemed honest at the time) and then when I had a window washer out about a week later he informed me I had about 10 broken tiles (it was a brand new roof and no one else had been up there so I know without a doubt it was Mr Gutter who broke it). I also didn't appreciate being called "sweetheart", "sweetie" and being told "it's okay honey". I am a grown woman and would have appreciated being respected. We looked to yelp to find a highly rated company to install rain gutters at my mom's house. When we found Mr Gutter we knew we didn't need to look any further. Charlie, the estimator, made the best first impression, and we trusted him immediately. He was very knowledgeable and treated my mom with genuine kindness.
