When there's a global pandemic and we're working from home, the first thing we thought of was home improvement. I'm glad we called Mr. Gutter because, by far, this was the easiest home improvement job so far! Our estimate was quick and fair. Matt did an excellent job explaining the products, the process, and we had a quote immediately. Liz did all of the scheduling and she was also a knowledgable resource for other professionals to call about other jobs we needed done. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time, worked quickly, and completed the job in the amount of time promised. Josh, Alex, and Kenny were our crew and they were GREAT! Before they left, Josh walked around the entire project with us, pointing out what they did and where. He also reminded us to call in case we needed anything attended to. I loved how professional the crew was and especially Josh, who showed true pride in their workmanship and their company. I've already referred them to many friends and our gutters look great! read more

I needed new gutters for our house after living in it for 4 years with the old gutters being an incorrect design for the house and falling off the house. I called during a busy time and the owner was still able to come by my house in a matter of days to give me a free estimate. His insight was great and we decided on what to do. His guys came out, and it was literally a team ready to get the job done in one day (1250 sq ft home). They were all very polite and professional and worked hard all day. Pricing was very competitive but what drove me to use them was they were able to complete the job a little over a month after the estimate which was unreal during a busy time. But the part that I appreciate the most is that I ordered rain barrels and tried to coordinate them arriving the day the gutter guys were here....didn't happen as my order was canceled due to COVID with the supplier not making them...the owner of Mr Gutter said no problem, call me when you get em and we'll swing by and help install them....awesome service. I am extremely happy with them read more

These guys are serious professionals! We had them out to clean the gutters and redo the copper screens. Matt, the owner, came out the week before to review the job and was very thorough. They got us on the schedule, showed up on time and were awesome about cleaning up. They made sure I was happy with the installation. Super easy to work with. Don't give up if you have a hard time getting a hold of them during the busy season. They are the best and they book up. But they will get back to you and work hard to take care of all their customers as quickly as possible. When you are the best you are in high demand!! read more

HIRE THESE GUYS!! Just some bkgd context, for those of you that really dig deep into reviews for research, I got a free estimate from Charlie (previous owner) in April 2019 and wasn't aware that there was a transition in ownership sometime btwn then and probably early 2020 (?). If I had been in a rush for my job, I probably would've been furious at no responses, etc, bc I did try for specific questions. That being said, I re-contacted the office earlier this year and they have been nothing but professional and earnestly trying to meet customers' needs and also repair any misunderstandings with angry customers during the transition period. Matt (current new owner) and his foreman (Josh), along with one other person did a beautiful job on my house!! They were on time, courteous, clean, professional and efficient! I have a 2 story and they finished in 5 hours. I'm SUPER happy with this company! read more

I left a message yesterday morning and asked for someone to return my call. I still had no answer today so I called again. I was told that they are taking no new jobs as they have a backlog for the next 6 to 8 weeks. No appointments until February 2020. They should post on their Yelp account that they are not taking any new work at this time and then update that when they are ready to schedule jobs again. I wasted two days waiting for a response. read more

Very disappointed! They cancelled all my appointments in the span of 3 months. I wanted to secure our home before the rainy season so I called to make an appointment in September. A week before our October appointment they cancelled and rescheduled for November. A week before our November appointment they called and cancelled again. Now, with the rainy season looming over I'm rushing to find a company that is honest and punctual. What a waste of time! read more

Sad that being a woman gets you substandard service. They broke a few tiles on my roof and lied to me saying they broke zero (I believed them since I had no reason not to - they seemed honest at the time) and then when I had a window washer out about a week later he informed me I had about 10 broken tiles (it was a brand new roof and no one else had been up there so I know without a doubt it was Mr Gutter who broke it). I also didn't appreciate being called "sweetheart", "sweetie" and being told "it's okay honey". I am a grown woman and would have appreciated being respected. If I were a man I know I wouldn't have been treated this poorly. I'm sure this is a great business to work with if you are a man - but women: Stay away! read more

Every single person that I have dealt with at Mr. Gutter has been outstanding, professional, and just down right nice. We looked to yelp to find a highly rated company to install rain gutters at my mom's house. When we found Mr Gutter we knew we didn't need to look any further. Charlie, the estimator, made the best first impression, and we trusted him immediately. He was very knowledgeable and treated my mom with genuine kindness. His plan for laying out the gutters was logical and straighforward. The installers, led by Matt (who is the BEST representative a company could ever ask for!) and Jeff and Alex who were so professional, thorough, friendly and polite, did an exceptional job and they left the site perfectly clean. The owner, Michael, is really terrific too, called me back and walked me through the process with patience and reassurance. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is his top priority. The entire company is well ran, organized, and treats customers with respect. I am going to have them install gutters at my house and my other son is also using Mr Gutter at his own home. It's a blessing to find a company like this and we totally appreciate each person that we dealt with! read more

Matt and his crew are very professional. They offered fair price, made good recommendations, did the work with good attention into details. They also went to great lengths to ensure we are completely satisfied. Thanks! read more

I hired Mr. Gutter in March 2021 and could not be any happier about this decision. Matt, Josh, Liz and the rest of the team were absolutely outstanding in every respect. After the initial work performed, I then requested that they return to make some minor adjustments and Matt and the team were very responsive, friendly, professional and provided my home with an outstanding result. I have another gutter repair job coming up soon and I wouldn't even consider hiring anyone other than Mr. Gutter for this, and all future gutter work to be done for my home. read more

I called Mr Gutter Inc as I had an issue with my deck and needed gutters. I spoke with Matt and Liz and I have to give them a thumbs up. To save the details I sent pictures and a video and right away I was given my options and solutions. I would highly recommend this company as they actually took the time to explain things to me even if they weren't guaranteed the work. If you need gutters done it's definitely worth giving the a call for a free estimate and honest opinion on whether or not the job can be done. read more

Loved the service of this place! They were prompt, quick, and did an excellent job! They also blew the back area when they were done to rid it of any debris from the installation. We had terrible, leaky, cheap gutters in the back before that were missed by the inspector when we bought our house. Now, we have new, beautiful, aluminum gutters in the front and back with downspouts! Yayyyyy! Thanks, Michael and Alex for your hard work this morning! Great job!!! read more

I would highly recommend Mr Gutter to anyone who wants a good quality product with a lifetime warranty at a reasonable price. Matt and his team were great to work with from getting the quote, installing the product, even returning in the rain to make a minor adjustment for us. WOW! What can I say. MR. Gutter was the BEST. From Charlie coming out to give me a quote and educate me on their product to Paul and Jeff and their crew were fantastic and beyond professional. They allowed me to watch and ask questions on what they were doing and a couple of the guys actually enjoyed educating me (at least it seemed that way). They had everything needed to do the job correctly and didn't have to leave to get something they forgot. The gutters and downspouts LOOK GREAT! They fit t he look of tte house much better than what was up there. I would most definitly recommend MR. Gutter for your rain gutter needs. 5 out of 5 stars!! Dave Siegall read more

Very easy to work with in booking the appointment. The nice office manager said it would take 6-8 weeks but was fairly certain it would take less time to come out. True to her word, they called a week or so later and booked a time with me. The crew came on time and were very pleasant to deal with. I also liked the fact that the supervisor who really knew his stuff was on top of the workers and also seemed to be teaching his workers how to clean and re-seal/re-attach the gutters in a very nice way. The price was certainly not the lowest or the highest quote we got but I felt it was fair. They were here for about 3 hours, cleaned out all the gutters, re-attached a few and then gave me some pointers and highlighted some problem spots along with recommending where I should trim back some trees. Will book them again next year. Solid! read more

I should have completed this review last year but got sidetracked. I received a few quotes from different companies. I felt I could work with Mr Gutter as I was asking for an unconventional installation. The install went smoothly and looks great and reasonably priced. All done right before the rains. What luck! read more

My impression is that they take pride in what the do and measure their success on the basis of customer satisfaction. In addition, they are just kind people. After a storm, I discovered a gutter was hanging precariously from the second story of my house. The gutter was installed over 30 years ago and the installer was no longer around. I needed professionals to get the job done safely because the fallen gutter was in a tight locatation between houses and at a significant height. I contacted a contractor that does high-quality renovations for a recommendation. He recommended Matt the owner of Mr Gutter. In spite of having a schedule that went out three months, Matt responded by slipping me into their schedule as a priority. Even though this was just a tiny job, required a full three man crew, and I had never done business with him before, because of the situation it seems Matt was willing to help just because he recognized I was in a jam. The work was outstanding. Besides replacing the gutter, they reworked the slope to assure proper drainage. They put in the effort to use the existing downspouts to minimize costs. Before they left and after they had been paid, they also volunteered to secure another gutter on the house that was in jeopardy of becoming airborne. read more

What a fantastic company to work with! From start to finish they were professional, courteous, friendly, and on time. From the owner Matt, to the installers Jeff and Alex and Liz in the office, this was by far the easiest of deal to close on our remodel. Another successful visit to Yelp. I researched several rain gutter contractors on Yelp. I checked them all out on the California state license board website and received 4 different estimates all from state licensed and insured contractors. Mr. Gutter won my business by delivering what they promised and then went the extra bit to not only win the bid but do a excellent installation. Charlie did the estimate, a real professional as many have said. My crews names were Mike, Mike M., and Jeff. Very competent workmen. Making sure the gutters were not only installed correctly but they made sure before hand that I would agree to the installation plan. Everything looks plumb and level. All swept up afterwards. They left my house better that before they got here. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend. read more

Once again, I have to write an excellent review to Mr Gutter Co. who installed gutters in my house on 02/2017 for the excellent service and for their guarantee service to customers. I had a problem with a gutter, the water did not flow properly, I contacted Mr. Gutter and it took them a week to come and make the service call, but I totally understand that they were busy. I highly recommend Mr Gutter Co. to do gutter installation, they have a great reputation with their clients, nowadays many companies do not have that kind of reputation. Their technicians are profesionals intallers with highly experience. Kudos Mr Gutters Co read more

After heavy rains here in So.Cal recently, we realized we needed gutters. We have water pooling around our house and needed to direct it away from our foundation. We contacted a few companies based on yelp reviews, had 2 respond to schedule quotes, and ended up going with Mr. Gutter. The gentleman who came out to measure and quote was very nice, he left samples of the actual gutters and a color brochure. He measured out the house and explained good places to put the downspouts. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The quote was lowest and hassle free. (The other company said we needed several rain barrels instead of downspouts for some reason. We did not want to have to deal with those!) I'm glad we went with Mr. Gutter, the price was better, they were professional and on-time for both appointments (quote and job). The 2 gentlemen who did the install were nice and efficient. They communicated with me via text because I had to step out and they had a quick question. Oh, and they offer a lifetime guarantee! I definitely recommend Mr. Gutter to anyone needing gutters in the area. read more

Matt came as a reference and Liz was my first contact and softened the blow of a big back log. The estimator came out right on time and was very helpful. Liz stayed in close contact and fit us in while we were out of town. I first saw them this morning and am so happy with their work. 100% Satisfied and worth the wait. read more

I left messages for 5 different companies and only Liz from Mr. Gutter called me back! So glad she did. She has great work ethic - she even called me when she was sick! She was very pleasant and reachable by phone/text/email. I just needed my gutters cleaned and repaired - hadn't done anything to them for 12 years. Jeff, Kenny, and Joseph came out - very courteous, punctual, and hardworking. Jeff educated me on gutters and what maintenance would be needed. I will definitely call them out again! I contacted Michael from Mr. Gutter for an estimate. He took the time to walk around my house and do a quick evaluation of what my options were. He gave me a verbal quote until he got back to his office. I received an email with the quote along with workman comp, insurance info and contractor license certificates. None of the other contractors provided this up front. I had three other quotes earlier that week. Michael's quote was hundreds less for the same style and materials. The installation was scheduled for July 1st. I ended up having to work the day that the installation was going on. When I arrived home from work I was really amazed how the seamless gutter improved the overall look of my home. I would recommend calling Michael before calling anyone else if you want to save time and money. Thank you Michael ! Tom read more

We had gutters installed yesterday. The quality of the work and appearance of the gutters is fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased. We did have a wait after ordering for installation but that was understandable and not an issue. Lori, the office manager, is very positive, friendly, and upbeat. She is a real asset to this company. Everything was clearly explained and all our questions answered at the estimate stage, during ordering, and at installation. They offered to install a rain barrel at no cost if we purchased the barrel itself. I meant to do that but didn't do it in time (long wait for rain barrels too lol). This is a great company with easy to work with, honest, hardworking people. Highly recommend. read more

Hired to clean gutters and install micromesh gutter screens on about 70' of gutters. Price was reasonable; scheduling, signing contract, and communication was strong; cleanup was good; local business, which I like. Workmanship on micromesh, however, was only acceptable. After work was initially completed, I noticed that in several areas the micromesh segments were not aligned with one another, which did not look good and which created gaps that debris etc. could get into, including a major gap at one of the roof "valleys" that carries dirt and debris from the roof right to the gutter. I pointed these out and the folks were very nice about it and tried to resolve some of the gaps, but with only partial success. I recognize too that my rafters are not even in places, which explains some of the unevenness. Even so, all in all, a solid experience with a good local business, would recommend. read more

Easy, professional, and a CLEAN JOB! Called and spoke to owner Michael to set up an appointment. Comes by and truly connects...no hard sell at all. Goes over entire house, making recommendations of where it will be placed. I get an email with complete invoice of what we talked about and included his license and insurance, which was so professional. Sent some samples my way, after making recommendations on what color may look good. Picked a color and set up time for install. Install was completed by his crew, Michael, Brennen, and Alex (all of whom were great and truly a pleasure to have working on my home - they cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the work they were doing).
