Once the job began, the primary person of contact shifted to Julio, one of their project managers. He was on property every day supervising and working alongside his crew. The crew was very polite, hard-working and friendly. They were very well supported by Julio. This may seem like a given, but often it is not so it did stand out to me. Once all of the work was done, Julio gave me a final walk-through, showing me how the various components function and made certain that I did not have any lingering questions. I think there were two follow up visits after the work was completed in order to accomplish this. There was no point along the way where I felt like they were taking shortcuts, using materials that were inferior quality, or anything of that nature. Their concrete cuts were incredible, and I have seen some really bad cuts in my past. And they did a beautiful job with brick work, including redesigning some curved areas of brick that needed to be removed during the job. Veronica in the office was very helpful as well. We went over there estimate and made a appointment to have Kennedy come to look at my roof I was happy with the information and how Kennedy went over the project. I was sent the contact and signed it online. Very convenient I made and $1,000 payment and they started applying for the city permit. In a few days I was told the start date and what time they would show up. They tore the one roof off in lest then one day. The workers put down tarps and did a great job in cleaning up. They used Malarkey Ecoasis shingles. They use up cycled tires and plastic bags in making the shingles. My roof need some wood replaced. I received the cost and once again I signed the contract online. The roof was installed in a few days and the crew always left my yard and driveway clean. The roof looks great and I very happy I choosed One stop roofing. I did receive a phone call to ask about my thoughts on the project. Very professional.
