We waited, and at 4:15 pm I get a text that now they can't be there. Fast forward to today, I decided to give them one more chance, figuring it was a one time situation (things happen), and today again it was HORRIBLE communication. I Asked if he can go the next day early "7am", he said he didn't want to wake up that early. Mind you he mest up everyone's schedule already by missing the date agreed upon the least you can do as a business is somehow make up for it. He said he will see and give me a call back. No call back and no text even after I repeatedly tried to confirm and reach out. Absolutely HORRIBLE work. Genesis failed to fill the shower with water and test their work. The next day the inspector came and everyone was shocked that the shower was totally dry when it should have been holding water for 24 hours for the inspector. I called Genesis and they said to fill the shower with water and that they plugged the drain already. I filled it with water and then called the inspector to come again. The next day, the whole shower was dry! The water drained because there was no plug, so the inspector left once again without passing us. Do not use this company. Contacted Richard about hot-mopping on a Saturday and I asked if he could be available on a certain day of next week. He verbally said yes. Being that I needed a confirmation to let my representative know, I texted Richard and asked if we were still on for Tuesday as a confirmation. I get a text response asking for a picture of the shower. I sent that picture to him and after not receiving a response, I asked again if he could confirm a time as I needed to let someone know of the time he'd be at the place needing hot mop. I called on Sunday and he told me Tuesday morning between some certain hours - great. I texted him a confirmation after. Fast forward and Tuesday morning goes by and come to find out, he's not there. My representative at the place called him when (I provided him with Richard's phone number) when he didn't show up. Richard told him that he was running late and that he would be there around 3-4PM. It became 3:40PM and the rep is waiting for him and let me know, so I called Richard myself and he said that work was keeping him late and that he could come Wednesday morning. I decided to call another company afterwards.
