I had a roof leak during heavy rain back in February 2024 and reached out to multiple roofing…read morecompanies to get it checked out. The first roofer showed up, glanced at my house (didn't even go on the roof), and immediately said I'd need a full roof replacement--based off Google Maps. That didn't sit right with me. The second roofer came out and said they'd need to use a drone (and charge for it), and also suggested I'd probably need a new roof. Again, no real inspection. Then I contacted JNSA Roofing, and this is where things changed. Nathan's dad--the founder--came out personally. Old school, straightforward, and clearly takes pride in his work. First thing he said was basically, "How can they say that without even going up on the roof?" And then he actually got up there and inspected it properly. He identified the real issue and recommended a repair instead of a full replacement. The work included cleaning debris, pressure washing, fixing problem areas, sealing seams, and applying a silicone coating to the flat roof with proper materials and standards. They also provided a 5-year workmanship warranty. Bottom line: they did a great job and the leaks completely stopped. Later on, I noticed water near my back window and thought it might be related to the roof. I called Nathan in April 2026, and he came by to check it out. He showed me it was actually the window caulking and explained exactly what needed to be done to fix it. Both Nathan and his dad were professional, easy to work with, and clearly know what they're doing. I'd absolutely use them again for any roofing needs--hopefully not for another 15+ years.
